Check out brekfast included but we pay breakfast bill because reception mam called check out day breakfast not included. ..so this is negative point

It was the best experience, The staff was great, ensuring every aspect of our stay was good. Beautifully designed and spotless rooms, breakfast was delight........
No water bottle, toiletries, just one old and hard towel was given, room was dirty, hair were running on the floor, lift wasn't working smoothly buttons were damaged, foul language was written on the lift door, which wasn't very nice when you have a female companion with you. AC wasn't working. Upon asking water bottle was charged 33 rs. Booked for 2 night, stayed 1 night only.

The only good thing is the location.
The whole vibe is creepy, you can tell it’s not properly clean. I did not feel safe, and if my layover would have been longer than 3H, I would have find somewhere else to stay right away. Honestly, we we’re traveling on a budget but seriously just don’t. It’s not worth it.
