Hotel took very long time to bring our luggage to the room. After repeated requests, I went down and collected luggage myself after 20min of check-in.

the location was good. staff were very nice and helpful. food in the restaurant was very good and priced right.

in the room I stayed the walls were peeling. the AC had issues which had to be fixed after my complaint. the room size I felt is small. all the star hotels bath has a common problem i.e. in the bath area there are no stools to sit and being a 64 old ap person how do I reach my leg to apply soap. yes, I didn't ask for one here but in other places normally I get a negative reply.

The staff were all good--friendly, polite, helpful. The room service was fairly prompt.

The food was just OK. We ordered mutton, and we got mostly fat, bones, and gristle. Very little actual meat. I also feel the price was a bit high for our room. The breakfast staff were slow to clean up and places were not properly set between meals.

Extremely shabby room. The wash basin was retaining water, drain was coming out of it, there was no exhaust fan inside the washroom. I paid 20k for rhw room and the room they gave me was so small and congested, the ceiling was humid, linen had black stains on it, the pillow cover. The mini bar was empty. I was so busy with my exam, I had no time to request for a new room and anyways I was just there for a night, but my money all got wasted.

Bathroom door was broken. TV was also not working . Felt like sub par considering it is branded as 5 star hotel

The staff was absolutely excellent or for long trip from Agra. They really made me feel comfortable. The rooms are a great temperature very clean. Everything was very easy. I didn’t have to worry about asking for things. Everything is already available.

Not a big fan of the location, but I’m afraid in the whole of Delhi it is what it is

Not upto my expectationsRoom AC didn't work. We called the technician, he did something but still the AC didn't cool.

The staff from the valet, security, front office and the f&b service team at the coffee shop.Helpful and knowledgeable!They make the hotel a special place.The hotel is ageing but clean.

Nothing absolutely disgusting.

Light kept cutting after every 20 minutes for 3-5 hrs consecutively.Called the staff rudely told me wait 15 mins ( dint fix it for hours ) cut the call on my face. Smoking room had no ventilation, carpets were disgustingly dirty and the bed had small hair on the pillow. Pizza was given cold and wasnt upto a hotels standards. Id like to request a full refund for this harrowing experience, it was horrifying and very uncomfortable.

It's a great location

The power cut few times during stay and no emergency lights. It was pitch dark for few minutes multiple times.

Staff at reception and housekeeping very helpful. We needed to extend our stay by a day and they accommodated us. Breakfast is reasonable .

Room Service - Very good. Fast order service. Down load the PDF, look at the extensive menu, then order. It's delivered hot to your room. There is a wide selection from the extensive menus & it is deliciously prepared by the chef. The portions are generous & very tasty. Enjoyed every meal - do try the malia chicken kebab - melts n your mouth. Well done chef. During my long 2 week stay I went out only twice for meals.

The reception seems to be lack luster in my opinion. Staff behind the reception are pleasant & polite, so no problems there. But I was not impressed with the sari-clad walking pencils that posed as welcome staff. Beyond a pleasing welcoming smile I failed to illicit their purpose. On one occasion I tried to get the attention of one of them - 3 times & every time she acknowledged & then ignored. In the end her supervisor came over. The hotel is fairly old, & the room furniture seems a bit pre-dated & clunky. Breakfast menus is good but a bit boring. Service seems variable. Most days the staff are in-different, occasionally - like last Friday morning they were all over me. Must have had a bollocking the previous day.Location is not so good. There doesn't seem to be much in the vicinity. You'll need to order an Uber to get anywhere.
