Did not provide buffet breakfast while it was promised earlier, washrooms weren't very clean..bedsheets and towels too

They canceled the room without prior intimation despite the fact that we.informed our check in time.in advance

The hotel was calling me continously to pay advance before I could check in the hotel. They were threatening to cancel my room. Explained them that Booking.com will take the complete amount from my card if i dont show up. Even then they were not able to listen.

The food quality was too poor and nothing left in the breakfast. Had to ask the staff for Chutney, Sambar, Bread and everything. Access to this hotel after 6 PM in the night is a nightmare due to heavy traffic. not recommend for stay with family with high cost.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Roi Delhi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend Le Roi Delhi to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience

The property was really good, spacious rooms , clean and tidy lobby . Staff was courteous and polite and food was mind blowing, finger licking with perfect quality and quantity.

I had to show my payment receipt, as money was not showing transferred to hotel account till check out. If I did not have receipt then? Or I may not carry thatmuch amount then?Tea cattle was not providedTea quality in hotel not good.

we use to comw to this property 6 years before and this was one of best hotel in delhi . they even use to provide one way airport drop. awesome breakfast at that time. but now it bad become a mess.

very bad experience we had. we were with 6 year old kid : shower not working , toilet flush if used once then have to wait 20 mins to refill. bedsheets are smelly and 350 inr they charge for breakfast. but guys , its insane; only one person managing breakfast. he was always rude, asked for omlette he took 20 mins to make it , asked for poories : they never came ... in dinner they said they make best matka chicken biryani : we ordered one : paid 549 inr for it and only 4 small peaces of chicken and some curry made of tomato !! we told them to take it back and check what they have made : what they said is : take one colla free from us ... !! worst ever biryani we had .. rather we left it as it isi am big fan of this hotel back in 2014-2017 and have reviews in booking.com too : all very positive : but will Never visit again. they made it a bussiness now ... pathetic customer care , pathetic reception and worst food u will have ever

Nothing .Please tell what is great about this property .Beside entrance public urinal ,Staff not at all cooperative .Cleanliness don’t ask.

The property was completely out of place shabby, unorganised ,chaotic ,filthy and not fit for people with taste.Only for night stay ,

The reception/front staff was not welcoming Although all others especially Pantry staff was excellent and cleanliness was also mainted perfectly by cleaning staff

The breakfast was not arranged well at all, their was very little items and always empty , all six days was almost same items in the buffet

Very heavy dust outside the hotel premises, does not recommend to stay for a long stay. Was very noisy and could hear the horn sound for the rooms and the linen was not changed although we requested.

No one come 1 time cleaning our room, many times calls but reception area no one can received call, if any order complimantory item not give in time

Room is clean but there is noise from the street. Price is reasonable.

Location isnt the best. Staff could be more helpful.

Good Accommodation with ample space in the room .

Rooms were not cleaned everyday. Bed linens not change with fresh one.

The cleanness is not so good as compared to last year I visited it's smelling badly, food is really serious issue it's not good atall. Ac, tv not maintained well, only the reception staff is very humble and good.

Food was nice. Staffs were polite. Overall experience was okay for staying alone for a day.
