It was all together a comfortable stay for 2 nights, staffs were good and humble and helpful as well. Mr Nain and Mr Ankit who were on the reception were very friendly humble and polite.

For that price, it's good to get such a room in Karol Bagh

Required ImprovementsClear Communication of Hotel PoliciesI inquired with the receptionist about checking out between 9 PM and 10 PM, as my flight was at night, even though the hotel's policy states that checkout should be at 11 AM. The receptionist assured me that it was fine. To confirm, I asked twice, and both times, he said it was okay.However, on the day of checkout, while I was away from the hotel, I received a call asking me to vacate the room immediately. When I explained my prior discussion with the receptionist, they refused to acknowledge it and even charged me for taking my bag outside the room.This felt like deception because if they had informed me earlier that checkout must be completed before 11 AM, I could have made alternative arrangements for my luggage storage and refreshment.When I argued with the receptionist, he claimed that the staff member I had spoken to was unaware of the policies. Eventually, he provided me with a room for an hour to freshen up.Electrical Safety ConcernsThe room also had safety hazards. The electrical wiring near the switchboard next to the bed was exposed, posing a serious risk to guests. Proper safety measures should be taken to prevent any accidents.

Clean, safe and comfortable with friendly staff. Recommended too if you are a solo female traveller as the hotel and the neighborhood are both safe.

The people who work there, from the cleaning people till the people at the counter, made me all feel welcome and were really great.We bonded a little over the 4 days that i was there and made my stay forget what the city of Dheli made me feel :)

Delhi all the way, i didn’t like any second of this city.The rooms are what you would expect for this price range.

Unhygienic room, bed filled with bedbugs and cockroaches.

Location is nice. No noise as it is bit inside. Easily can travel other part of the city.Manager and staff were good.

Washroom need some maintenance. Other amenities like locker, refrigerator etc wasn't working. Very less socket present and at bad locations for charging phones.Little expensive.

The rooms were not to our expectation. water not coming in the shower. tiles are broken. insects in the room.

It' was not so clean, things in the room were not in proper place, electric kettle was not working, allout was finished, they should have checked these things before also housekeeping was not good. There were 2 mosquitos in room and in bathroom.

Let me tell you the problems sequence wise as per the booking details provided on website regarding the facilities of this room, 1.) As mentioned, I am not provided with any Heater.2.) Sockets near the bed are in such bad condition, that charges don't fit in any of them. They keep falling.3.) No adapter provided.4.) Water outlet in the bathroom has no lid. It looks worst.5.) The water was not coming out of the tap(service guy solved this)6.) Whenever you switch on the tap, the shower also drips water for few seconds which falls exactly on your head.7.) No toothbrush provided.8.) No body soap provided9.) No shower cap provided.10.) Fridge is in worst condition that we cannot store anything in it.11.) Kettle provided was broken(service guy changed it)12. No water bottle provided for 4 days stay. Had to ask them, for which they gave 1.13.) Towels are in worst condition. I cannot even clean my feet with them. 14.) Keu card access not working. I am being provided with manual key.15.) There is not outdoor "Quiet Street View". It is the back side.16.) Worst among all... The mattress are in pathetic condition. They sunk in from the edges and from the middle. We literally have to select a portion where to sleep else it's difficult to sleep on these mattress.

Rooms are not maintained. Attitude of front dsek staff is not treating booking. Com customers. The room given was dirty. The blanket covers are stained. Had to pressurize the reception staff to change the room. No restaurant and no breakfast.Worst experience.

Room was stinking, After many calls & follow-ups they was giving service. Too small rooms in good money. No complimentary breakfast included, jo karna chahie because they are taking good money but for service they are POOR. There are so much noise from outside, if you are looking for calming and relaxing, soothing mood then don't go that hotel definitely. Even beds are not comfortable, lights not comfortable. Uff.. worst experience ever. Didn't expected that type of service or product. Not satisfied.

The hotel facility is below par as per their charges. First all the rooms are smoking rooms and the smell stays even if you put room freshener or deo to it.The hot water does not work properly you will have to keep the water running for 5 minutes and then you will get hot water for a few minutes and then repeat the same cycle againThe bathroom sink was broken
