The breakfast was enjoyable - a good variety and fresh options made for a pleasant start to the day. The location is also excellent, conveniently situated and easily accessible.

The front desk staff did not meet the standards expected of a 3-star property. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and overall service approach were lacking. I would strongly recommend that management consider sending them for proper training, perhaps at ITC or other reputed hospitality institutions, to bring their service quality up to par.
