Location very bad .hotel name is different to find.room no soap dirty blanket shower not working .crockroach in bathroom..and not suitable for family men.wrong doing allowed unmarried couple.

There was no intercom facility in the room, Television was not working, no ventilation in the room, exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, no toiletries provided. Kitchen services were also very poor. I was told that the morning tea and warm water can only be made available after 8.30 Am.

Nothing is useful, completely useless.Too expensive transportation, food quality is not good at all, couldn't provide mineral water, lift not working most of the time.

I dont like anything about this property, pathetic stay. ??Please improve your service. I am really disappointed by the Booking site to list such pathetic property in their app.

First And most important thing is they deceive people by giving False Images of Rooms...The actual Room is very different from the Room which was given to me and all rooms are same...Second point is about the Mattress they provided in the room, its full of Bed Bugs it was really difficult to sleep as their bite are really very painful.....Third point is the Services in the Room is very bad, If you call the someone for help, they usually respond it after 1 to 2 hr, you have to call them on continous basis.Fourth point is about water, after continous request also, water was not available in the washroom, the condition was really very pathetic. In emergency time or during bathing time you wont get water...The Menu card of the hotel is just for Show case purpose, they even cant cook an omlate i asked for in the morning breakfast time.Fifth point is They really dont care about their customers, what they say, they will delay it and at last u will be ignored.Wifi dont even work half of the time.Last thing is the Transfer of customers to the airport, They provide car, hotel has its own car for their customers to the airport for an estimate cost of Rs 300 for 2 kms.....better to book a uber for Rs 85 to Rs 90.This is the most Genuine review, This is for all those who are planning to book this hotel for any of your purpose, u wont get a comfortable stay.

In booking breakfast include but actual breakfast is chargeble & water heater is not working TV also not in working .

This is definitely a cheap stay, but don't expect any of the facilities mentioned, including the BF.

The rooms were terrible, first, I was offered a room where the AC was not working, then after insisting they gave me another room, it wasn't clean, there were leftover food items on the floor. The facilities mentioned were all wrong, there is no view, terrace/balcony, no toiletries, bathrobe, towel, bathtub, no complimentary breakfast. Even the door wasn't locking properly from outside!
