Good location , no elevator , room not clean ,so small

Room not clean

Central location. Ample opportunities for shopping around Connaught Place. Staff were courteous.

Rooms are small and cluttered. Service doesn't meet expectations. No clothes' hangers were provided at the time of check in. Toiletries weren't provided. Soap and shampoo dispensers weren't working. Fan and bedside plug point weren't working. Soiled towels were removed, but new towels weren't provided until asked. Pricing is too high for the service provided.

Bathroom was flooding. there was construction at the Middle of the night next to my room and I was not able to sleep. The response of the stsff was so bad. Wifi was not working. The room charge was not worth the service and comfort they privided.

Staffs are good and helpful

Very dusty place and travel manager from the hotel will try to fool you and take more money try own transport it will be much cheaper

The location of the hotel was easy to find and identify.The staffs for house keeping were exceptional and always made sure to follow through on a daily basis. Overall the staffs are welcoming and polite.

The timing breakfast was not good. It didn't allow for those who are normally eat in the late morning. So I didn't get any breakfast from the hotel

The location is perfect, city center.

Unfortunately, some minor construction was ongoing during our visit.

Loud music, not so clean washroom, the broken doors, the blinds not working properly, the room bell wasn’t functioning!

Do not stay here

No window in the room, the room had a bad smell and was not clean - my friend was supposed to stay one more night by herself but booked a different hotel without even asking for a refund

This is my second stay at this hotel. In 2019 I had a better experience. The manager was very pushy with tourism things and got rude when we declined the offer. The bathroom is completely wet all over after showering as curtain is too short and the shower head was breaking, spurting water directly against the wall, which then sprayed it in all directions in the room. The staff were quite pushy with having us check out earlier than scheduled time. Reception staff also tried charging us for breakfast we did not have.

Wifi didn’t work, didn’t manage there was a nightclub restaurant next door that played duf duf music until 1am most nights

The property was mot value for money.Everything was super dusty with no cleanliness at all in the washrooms.Even the door handle was broken

Breakfast Spread was small, Walls are too thin, late night customers passing by conversations from passage and door opening sound with keys disturb the sleep

I got a room where no TCM supplies .Front Office staff was not interested to tell any thing about hotel . I went out side for drinks while returning I got to know that restaurant is also exist in the property. Kind of lodge experience. Only Kudos goes to security guard he did his JOB well✨️

The location is right on Connaught place and very accessible by metro, car.

- No parking of hotel - You cannot find the hotel entrance. It is a small door between 2 shops. - Disabled unfriendly. Reception is on 1st floor and rooms start on 2nd floor. - No window in room. - Hot water only between 7 to 11 am- AC creates too much noise- The telephone on the floor outside our room rang full night randomly causing break in sleep. - Bathroom floor was dirty and unwashed- Handwash not working, had to call person to fix

Best Location and staff is good. Rest rooms & facilities not at all worth the price.
