Unhygienic No buffet breakfast No cleanliness in the dinning area.

Rooms weren't good cockroaches in the room bathroom was extremely bad condition shower wasn't working properly the toilet was not even flushing properly Lime scale throughout the bathroom Staff at the reception so unhelpful refused to lend us a charging cable even though one was there had to walk 20 mins looking for a shop Room next to us had a party going on loud music throughout the night until I called reception around 6amNext day breakfast was even worse Both days we just had coffee and a slice of toast

the receptionist on duty in 17/8/2022, didn’t have a functioning POS machine and insisted on cash and refused to give me a printed bill.

The AC proper of the room does not work. The beds in the room are also of poor quality which are made in 2 parts. In the room service, all types of food items are priced much higher than the market. My experience in this hotel has not been anything special. Talking about the swing pool, the swimming pool did not even have a seating chair, what kind of photos are attracted to the customers by showing them

Price is good location is also good for thm who want ti stay nearby ti the Airport.

maine 3 may ko room book kiya tha mai check in ke time pe recption per checkin karke atm ke dwara payment kar di per office staff ne bola payment nhi hui.But 3187 was deducted from my account but they did not agree that the payment will be returned but today it has been 4 days, the payment return has not come,

At the time of check-in, I had to pay 2 times for room booking 3187 while I had to pay only once.

Food and location is good

Toilet fittings needs to be repaired flash and shower doesn't work well drawers were not cleaned user towels were thr when I checked in

The manager and the front desk people were super helpful.

Rooms could be cleaner. There were no slippers in the room.

All facilities are good Easy check-in easy check out. Food Is nice. And over all ambience of the place is great.

Some of the rooms have small maintenance issues. I don't understand why TV dose not have sports and English movies channels

Only venue

Room service food menu half of the items were not available. Mutton biryani I had but rice was not cooked. Quality of food was very bad. Very noisy hotel. Could not sleep properly.

Nothing. From starting onwards the reasoning provided by the Reception Manager was not adequate nor were relevant. Whilst booking, whatever was shown was exaggerated. The bed was not at all comfortable. The taps in washroom were leaking profusely and the manager told be that the bath tubs have been discounted by the management.

A little bit of transparency, bed comfort and a welcoming gesture would have made the experience go other side of the river. Not suggested for further booking.
