Hotel Shivam International

Close to the railway station but surrounding is not ok.

No clean towels ,stains on the walls,no one taking care to see that TV is working or not / room phone to contact reception not working,rooms not cleaned everyday , no geyser ,Did not feel comfortable.

Location should be on main road, but the hotel was not on the main road, no parking, person like us, which are from outside Delhi, very difficult to reach the destination, I pay 950INR for car parking for just 38 hrs.

Stay was really great rooms are neat and clean even food are very yummy and atmosphere is homely and they are very helpful for arrangements even for local sightseeing

Didnt get the room which I had booked, bed sheets and pillows were dirty and had stains , water was continuously leaking in washroom, systen was broken . Electricity was fluctuating

Thank you so much to the Hotel shivam International team. I left something behind at the hotel and also wanted them to issue another receipt for tax purposes. They immediately worked on it and the receipt was sent in the hour by email. The item was returned within the day. Totally beyond my expectation. You can totally trust this hotel! Whilst staying there everything was so clean and the service was very attentive. Will always be a customer here.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and I didnt wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. almost all the services are fine hope I will use again the property.

I stayed for an overnight visit. It was the perfect size and space for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. I originally booked a simple room, but was upgraded to a double deluxe I think it would have definitely on the small side if I were sharing that space it another person, though. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating.

Our stay at The Hotel Shivam International was an excellent . We stayed in an front side of street on second floor and the views not so bad relaxing atmosphere of the Hotel , the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the Room Service. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. hope I will use the hotel on my next visit in Delhi.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice to stay again in this property.

Located little bit inside the main road in city (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to the organize the city tour also The food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). hope in my next vist I will visit the same hotel

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Delhi .

View from the room was amazing, and the room upgrade was checked and offered at check-in. The staff were very polite and helpful. Cleanliness was maintained at a good level.

he staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The room was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. room is clean We would definitely stay here again.
