Location and staff

Yes the same breakfast everyday, no assortment of any English breakfast. Need real coffee, Americano coffee. Also sense of hygiene. The juice bar tender does not use any detergent when washing the used glasses, just running water over the glasses.

I use Booking for all my trips and trust Booking reviews very seriously. I was little disappointed with this hotel in particular.The room was old - especially bathrooms were terrible. We had 2 rooms where 1 room had a very loud exhaust in the bathroom (#310) and other had a brand new shower head but good luck with getting any water force (315). The breakfast was okay too.Had a terrible experience one morning where cleaners decided to clean the neighbouring room while talking over the phone so loudly keeping door open that I had to request to close the door. I have stayed at other Radissons earlier and was very disappointed by this joint in particular. It is no way a 4 star for sure. We were actually getting Leela for $300 more but was fooled by Radisson's name and desire to save some cost. I regret it now.

The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The breakfast is almost non-existent and feels like a mockery. The location is nice but very noisy, as expected in Delhi. The service is good and the staff are trying their best. A new carpet had just been installed, and the entire floor and room smelled strongly of glue and acetone, which made the stay uncomfortable.

I had a junior suite for 8 days.The staff, very responsive and polite.Went out of their way to make you comfortable.Good breakfast.

Bathroom gets wet during shower. No towel rods near sink. Also sink counter gets wet when one uses sink tap.Some days supplies not fully provided when room was cleaned. Was fixed after speaking to manager. Had to do this twice in an 8 night stay.

Great property and location to metro station. Small local eateries across the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok - the spread is decent but the taste and quality of food was not great. Overall value for money is low.Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Staff behavior

As per the charges facilities are not upto the mark. Breakfast have less option. Room service is also not good. Bathroom is also very small.

The staff were gracious and helpful. We had a very spacious room with a living area. Breakfast was good with staff very attentive.

Location doesn't offer much to do outside the hotel, you definitely need means of transport to get anywhere. There was a dump smell at times, but not disturbing.

Pool area still under construction Adjacent to metro so can’t just walk out, but short uber distance to high end Delhi areas.

I liked the buffet breakfast, the room and the service..

Very close to railway station and main roads, so quite easy to get around. A local shop was at the railway station, so you could buy drinks and snacks at far cheaper rates than the hotel charges.

The pool was continually closed in the afternoons for rich childrens (10 y/o) parties and also weddings, so guests were not allowed to use the pool during 40 degree heat. Also, no tourist information available from front desk - apart from ordering a taxi - you are on your own to find everything
