Park Inn by Radisson New Delhi IP Extension

Restaurant was good.

Hotel stinks.

Firstly it smells so bad as it’s near to the garbage. Rooms and corridors smells aswell. I booked the room in $35-37 end up paying $60 that’s there policy . When asked about it , the staff were unable to provide answers . Ended up staying there as we paid almost double and the other hotels were far away. No breakfast included. Overall a very bad experience, don’t go there ever.

Property smells Can’t use the couches in the reception area as it’s full of bird shit .

The location and food was good!

The cleanliness and bathrooms , ( not so happy with )

as per the earlier request, they have given early check in. Thanks

Room was booked with breakfast. Hotel has charged Rs. 990/- extra for the BF and said room is booked without BF.

Serenity

Parking wasn’t secure and there was a notice stating “ Parking at owners risk”. For this price point secure parking is a must.

Na

Didnt like the stay at all..Pool was so small . Bed was uncomfortable. It took me half an hour to get checked in as my room was not ready.. Thts really sad that i had to wait even after checking in at around 3 pm

Avoid

Wet dirty sheets, cold showers, some parts look like they have been poorly repaired, no sealed water available. Doesn't live up to Radisson expectations at all.

There was a continous noise in my room, ac was kept at so high, and service is slow.

It was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the quick service, cleanliness, view & amenities.Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I felt well taken care of. Thank you for the hospitality. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

Neat and clean room

Poor room serviceCalled for Iron at 7.30 am but no one has come even at 8 amAgain the next day almost the same waiting time for toiletries The size of the rooms were very cozy

The breakfast was great really enjoyed and the staffs were good

Bathroom location was not great

Decent room and nice buffet.

A bit out of the way.

Wonderful hospital staff at the reception and the restaurant. The were accommodating and made every effort to satisfy my needs. I enjoyed chatting with staff in the restaurant as their service was par excellence.

No complaints.

Property is good.

staff at the front desk(RACHNA) have been very “rude” since the day she have joined. I have been regular to this hotel from last one year but from last some weeks i am having terrible experiences

Staff is courteous

Booked two rooms. Checked in and went to attend marriage nearby. Returned back at 3.30 AM and found that the wash basin of room no. 604 was clogged. Also lights of room no. 609 could not be switched off, couldn't sleep at all due to such bright lights. Whole family was too tired to call staff at those odd hours. Its totally unacceptable from a brand like radisson and park not to maintain it's room. Got a feeling of cheap hotels of railway station neighborhood. Also rooms need renovation, there are dirty spots on woodwork. Towels need replacement, they are torn.

Average not poor only because the staff is really nice.

Facilities are old. Needs renovations. The room doesn’t meet the standard of Radisson. The first night the room we got was disgusting. They upgraded us to a better room, a delux, which had a broken bathroom door, does not have a dresser or drawers for clothes, no mirrors with proper lighting. Not a great experience for the price they charge.

Staffing

Pool, room service, yuk for ice buckets charges.

Clean..

Location, access, maintenance issues

Room ambiance, Food test, Buffet dinner cost was all very good

Location is little far off

Smoke in the lobby & hotel management not imposing 10000 penalty on him and not asking him to move out of the property
