The room window wasnt clean. The toilet bowl had yellow stains. The shower glass wall had stains on the edges.

Room is clean and bright with modern amenities. Filtered water in bottles brought to the room, spacious and very attentive staff.

Instant coffee instead of a coffee maker.

Mosquitoes in room 401..the suite

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and well designed with modest amenities. The location is another major plus. It’s conveniently close to most institutions and tourist attractions. The meals are also quite sumptuous especially the Indian chicken and butter nan bread.

By 10:30pm they have to rush you out of the dining area and there’s no alternative lounge.

The property did not have even a single recreation. The gym was under construction. No spas, nothing else. Charging such high tariffs even though you don't have any functional recreation is a waste. The booking was non refundable so couldn't do anything when they said everything is under construction. They could have at least lowered the tariff.

I will never book this hotel or recommend to anyone else.

1. Staff gave me a wrong room in the beginning later I had to verify on my own with my booking number and got it changed. 2. Hotel chef is not good, food wasn't value for money at all. I ordered tea because my body needed it and it was poor in taste each time despite cooking suggestions. 3. Hotel does not have any parking space so it is very risky. 4. Hotel charges a lot of money yet it wasn't worth it.

The hotel was great value for money. The staff were amazing, polite, helpful and attentive all the time. The room was a good size. We had breakfast which was decent and the location was also good.

The bathroom needs to be updated a little. The toilet seat is too high from the floor even for me at height of 5"10. Didn't have hot water one morning. The breakfast can have more options. The tv remote was filthy but the room in general was clean.

Unhygienic hotel with construction works at night and IELTS testing during the day

The hotel has zero sound proofing and at night they do construction works so it basically disturb you very much. I asked to give me a different room at 1 am but the receptionist was rude and mean and sent me to my room saying there is zero noise from their side. I couldn’t sleep till the morning at at 7 am they start to install the set up for IELTS testing - they dedicated the whole floor to the test and rent out it for IELTS organization. This also felt unsafe. Apart from that, the towels were dirty and almost grey, and they have pigeons at the floor so it disturbs you at the morning and sometimes pigeons trapped into a ventilation system in the bathroom - that was disgusting and unhygienic. I was unlucky to stay there 3 times during my 2 weeks in India and could say it’s the worst hotel I have ever had. But they try to look like “boutique” experience. Btw some guys from the hotel team were nice and helpful.

The room was spacious, mostly clean, and had natural light. All these positive sides were completely off-set by a horrible management who harassed me and made me feel unsafe throughout my stay.

This hotel is run by the most unprofessional people who harassed me during my stay. I stayed for 4 nights; in the morning of the third day, the receptionist called me and instructed me to move to a different room. When I told her that I did not want to shift because I had my clothes and other stuff in the room and I was about to go out to attend a meeting, the manager called me and repeatedly asked me to pack and shift. As I again disagreed clearly telling them that they were causing me trouble, the manager came to my room and constantly pressurized me to pack and shift. They even lied to me saying that I had agreed beforehand while clearly there was no prior conversation regarding this. They again lied in different ways and tried to make me shift. I was extremely upset and denied to shift, and left the hotel to attend my meeting. I even tried to contact booking.com to lodge a complaint but the phone number did not work. Fortunately, when I returned later in the night, my bag and clothes were still there in the room, indicating that the manager had given up after all.The hotel food is also super expensive while being absolutely terrible in quality. Once, I ordered sandwich in multi-grain bread -- they took the order on phone and this choice was clearly instructed from the menu -- but they delivered sandwich in white bread. I returned the sandwich and asked them to not charge me for it. However, when I was checking out, they had included the charge in my bill and I had to again argue to get it removed from the bill. The only objective of this hotel seems to be extracting money from the customer by hook or by crook. I travel regularly for my work and have stayed in different types of hotels in several countries across five continents; compared to all my stays, this hotel was the worst experience. I hope that this hotel runs out of business very soon so that people don't have to go through such horrible experiences.

For the given facility the Tariff was too high. Also I booked the room with Breakfast but they charged me extra for the Breakfast everyday.

Food and staff were good

Rooms were not great. Untidy carpets, squeaky doors and floors. Our room did not even have elevator access. Not worth the price

The rooms very spacious and clean, and had incredible natural light! The staff is super courteous and service was prompt. The location is great and easily accessible. Check in and check out were smooth. One of our rooms had an early check in and Umesh Kumar made sure our request was considered. It is totally value for money! I will certainly recommend it to anyone I know if they’re travelling to Delhi.
