i dint like the behaviour of staff when i asked for normal drinking waterand also i ordered my food from zomato as i dint like the hotel food they were not getting to my room asking me to take it after paying 7300 for one night we have to go down to take our food

i dint like staff behaviour not a good food or breakfast was not fresh price was not worth as per hotel ambience and facilities

Food was food but the buffet system had too limited options.

Water was give. Onlyb1 bottle.extra bottle charge wa s too high..Food had very limited options in buffet. Room was given in the place where their renovation work was going on. It was becose they were claiming that it's booked thru site and nit.directly thru them.

Excellent breakfast

Yoga room to be bigger and more yoga mats to provide. Now only 01 mat is there and space was in sufficient.

The sun lounger was organized, the water in the pool was clean, the room was good and the food was delicious ??

The location

The hotel was not clean. There were cockroaches in the washroom.

Nothing as such.

There staff needs to have an attitude check. The rooms were dirty and broken hair on the sheets which was not cleaned even after repetitive request. Checked out in couple of hours.

The room was very comfortable.

The shower tap and the tap near the toilet seat do not provide a good flow of water. They need to be cleaned or changed. I stayed in this hotel earlier and complIned but nothing has been done yet and, I believe that this is the problem with all the rooms.

Nothing much really.

The place was really terrible with hygiene, cockroaches on mugs and spoons and even in washroom.

I wanted to meet my old college friend(male) but it was late in night. I wanted to meet him and take him to my room for some old conversations but the didn't allow. I was very disappointed for that

The room was big and spacious

The room was infested with mosquitoes and insects.. the floor was all dusty

Not much to like. Room was large. The hotel has seen better days and is in need of some love…

Frequent power outages, bar closed, was supposed to have a pool table but no cues and missing balls, many lights not working in room… way too expensive for this quality.

Breakfast sucks, cleanliness of the upholstery, dental kit wasn't there . For the money they charge the services should have ben flawless

Lovely interior with flowered curtains, ceiling fan and AC both available, continental breakfast available, roof top swimming pool, two rooms and small kitchen. Stairs can be used, so cool! Elevator is also available, but a few steps every day are good.

No bicycle in the gym.

Room Size was good considering it is a Suite Hotel

Limited options for food, I was travelling with my 4 year old and had to trouble my relatives to get him home food. The chefs were not able to make a simple dalkichidi even after explaining how to make it for the kid. I had booked half board and was getting the same thali daily, Considering the length of the visit, there should have been options for alacarte menu within the same budget.
