Nice rooms , very good staff and the best location.

Location

Not very clean. We need to ask staff to switch on hot water and switched off AC when heater was switched on.

The staff and owner were amazing very helpful and polite

Very noisy inside and outside some guests talking very loudly and excitedly

the room was functional, they gave us a fruit platter when we arrived.

the hotel didn't look like in the pics. It is dated and in need of maintenance. For some reason, they turn the hot water off at night, causing us to not have hot water when we get up early to catch our flight.The location was close to some things, Karol Barg market, the airport, metro station, etc, but the hotel was surrounded by automotive repair shops and their associated smells and dirt. Making it difficult to walk through. Night time was noise. Breakfast was meger and served in the room.

The property overall is great! The service, the food and the location is amazing! I prefer to stay here . Staff was really helpful..

At the time of booking it was made very clear by me that we require three rooms and we are six adults. But it sent a confirmation for three rooms with 3 adults and the hotel people collected three thousand more from you. Please arrange for a refund of this money paid extra

Well maintained property. Clean and aesthetic. All the staffs are friendly and polite. Room service is also good. All the queries are resolved instantly. Breakfast and dinner food is also great. free wifi with good speed. hotel just 20 mints from train sttaion. and just 5 mints from metro

Really pathetic services. No toiletries at all. Pathetic breakfast. They charged us for water also inspite of the fact it's mentioned in the booking that there would be two water bottle on daily basis. Won't visit it again

Pillows seen better days, shower room also seen better days but for the price it's OK for a few days and as they say you get what you pay for! All in all I would stay again

Hotel aster inn very Good to stay. The staffs are wonderful. We have booked a room, which is outstanding to stay. The room service along with food is also wonderful. A special mention, the price of the food is also reasonable. mr Rakesh and rosy are of those wonderful staffs. The service given by them is excellent. overall very good Experienced. AC, TV, Electric kettle, Gyser all are in working conditio. All the staff members are very good and helpful, specially Joshi help us a lot. Thank you so much.Peaceful stay.

Staff behaviour is very good

Location is very poor, also they don't start and geyser together, geyser and ac switch are turned on off by receptionist and guest has to call them for start the geyser or ac only one at a time.

I like the room. Cleanliness. Double beded room is enough for one family ,it's big enough and good.

Toilet flush is not good. It can be improved. Otherwise bathroom facility is also good.

It is in the senter of one bustling district of new delhi.Many good shops Just around the corner.

Bathroom really need to be given some serious attention when it comes to hygene. It was below the average.Many of these fotos are never updated once they are uploaded at the the time of putting the property on booking.com

I liked the staff behaviour but they do not provide any blanket i asked to the manager and he said in summer we won't we provide only in winter the logic behind this is you will not use AC.The room floor was also dirty. Food was good.When you get it with breakfast they will not provide any chai, coffee along with paneer Paratha. If you will order aloo Paratha they will provide you the chai and coffee.

Well maintained hotel and clean.they provide us early check in that was awesome. We arrived 9 am . Good hospitality. Food is good with good price.hotel situated with good location.

I.m.regular travel in delhi for office work .stayed with Aster it was good close to metro as well.staff helpful. Clean room. Great place
