AIRPORT T PALACE

Was shown as cheap priced

They drive people by showing low prices first. As soon as you go there and check in, they modify the booking and the price will more than double.

IT'S A SCAM

IT'S A SCAM! They put one price on booking and when we arrived they changed the price by 3 times more and said that the first price is just a partial amount. They put lower price to attract travelers and then they charge more. We reported and went to the next hotel nearby. They lied to booking representatives that they don't know English and didn't pick up the calls. It was 5 am! We just landed and wanted to sleep and go to next flights but instead of smooth check in and rest we ended up managing this for 3 hours!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! We had a truly awful experience at this hotel.

We had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience with this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking through Booking.com at a fixed rate, we were told upon arrival that the price had increased. There was no prior communication or valid explanation — just a higher rate demanded at check-in.When we raised our concerns, the staff were incredibly unprofessional and rude. Rather than trying to help or resolve the issue, they dismissed us and showed no regard for basic customer service. We were traveling with women and children, and the situation escalated to a point where we no longer felt safe. We had no choice but to return to the airport at 4am in the morning — a stressful and completely unacceptable outcome for any traveller. For the safety and well-being of other guests and the community, I strongly urge Booking.com to remove this hotel from its platform. No one should have to go through what we experienced.

Nothing. Everything in room was in poorly maintained condition.

Hello, The property follows corrupt practices. When I arrived they bumped the price 3 times and charged me excessive amount. Then to save commission they said I was no show and cancelled my bookingThis is horrible  experience.I expect my excess charge to be refunded.

Avoid

Everything. It has never been cleaned. Charged differently when booking and when at the hotel. At the end of the stay they changed the price again - to cheat on taxes and share to booking.com

Great hotel with excellent amenities, Good behavior of staff, The hotel is located near by delhi airport, easy to connectivity, food was too good by value and taste.

I booked airport tourist plaza because of its commitment to eco-friendly practices. From recycling programs to energy-saving measures, they prioritize environmental conservation without compromising comfort.

. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.

I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning

This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise with comprehensive amenities. The attention to detail in each aspect of the experience truly sets it apart

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Airport tourist plaza, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to Airport tourist plaza on my next visit. Highly recommended

Mention specific features you liked, like a great view, delicious breakfast, or helpful concierge service.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people

Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.

Only nearby a Vegetarian restaurant

Originally it was booked for one night with less than Rs.400/- ( incluiding Breakfast) , but they charged Rs.1000/- when check in for one night only.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ariston. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Rome

We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Airport tourist palace. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

Overall, I had a great experience with staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend

If you’re looking for a phenomenal dining experience, look no further than Hotel Airport tourist palace . Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. I’ve dined at Hotel Airport tourist palace several times and have never been disappointed – it’s truly a must-visit destination for any food lover

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there

Phishing going on... denied to booking.

Phishing..... Denied online booking, Told us to book offline on reception counter. I was not only the victim, one foreigner lady was also denied for online booking. This hotel is real fraud.

Bad

The manager is a cheater. I booked the room at 450 rupees. But he asked for 1300 rupees when I visited them. Then I just returned from there. That's a criminal.
