Hotel picture shown on this site is not the same in reality Rooms were ok very old interiors Bathroom was too shabby taps were green, water outlet is open hole with a lid TV works sometime For the price the room standard was below average

There is a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. Food particles and dust are everywhere, especially under the chair, center table, bed, and corners.

In the heart of Delhi 5 minutes from the railway station. Easy to get all over the city. Decent food and good service.

Very noisy neighborhood…basically NEVER shuts down. Cash only. Forget about using a card for anything.

Hotel reception behaviour is good

Electric system is horrible.. I have hanging clean my room in the morning & i came evening but my room was not cleaned . Very irresponsible they are.

It is near to the railway station.

It’s is not worth the money. Room charges are high as compared to the quality of the facilities.The washroom was not good. Food is also ok ok.

very shabby. geyser didn't work early in the morning as we had to cat the 6.20 shatabdi. not worth the money

Rooms not well maintained. Room colouring, paint colouring quite poor, cracks exists on wall, paint scratched at 2-3 places needs repairing nd recolouring. Verbally I told at billing counter/reception.

As above. One more thing, drain pipe also fitted in bathroom which should not be anyhow

I can't complain about anything. It's my favourite hotel and and have favourite room there. I always get that room. With good price.

Good service, almost clean- toilet could be cleaner, crowded area, welcoming staff and director, good food(paid), lift wasn’t working well.

Location is convenient opposite the station. Check-in was friendly, the hotel is a quiet oase from the busy street in front.

After getting up to the room by elevator, the room itself was nicely sized with 2 double beds. However looking closer, it was dusty as hell! Actually the room was so dirty with dust that I would say it’s unacceptable standard. Bathroom is old too, but all was in working order. Room has a fridge and all power sockets worked. Just okay for a stay over of 1 night. Don’t stay much longer!

When I had booked the room online, it was for Rs 1980/- only, and when I was going to check out the room .he charged Rs 250 more than Why did he charge that? I don't know but that's why I didn't like this thing.Even though we didn't eat or drink anything there.

Everything was almost fine but the room and the bed had bed burgs which made me uncomfortable.

The ambiance is superb. Staff are fantastic and caring . Really helpful. They maintained everything as required. Close to city centre, Delhi railway station. All good .

Entrance to the lobby and reception not inviting.Even the signage of the hotel is not good.There is no restaurant attached. Only room service. Price of food is very high.

Hotel staff behaviour is so nice and one more point I have been seen first time in old Delhi hotel MD coordinating with customer and proper guidance and helping Nature...Stay is Nice..
