Upscale hotel with excellent spa, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room.

Service at buffet was very i consistent. Some excellent with service and others didn't care.

The bedroom was nice. The location was good and the staff was really helpful. The breakfast was really good but we have to pay

2 of the 3 nights I stayed, an alarm sounded for around 10 minutes. They said that was a person trying to smoke, but It took so long to them shutted down.

Staff was polite and very helpful.

Interiors looks a bit outdated. TV was very old LCD type.

The maintenance of the hotel was excellent, and the behavior of the staff was exceptional. They were very helpful and communicative. Special thanks to Mr. Achintya, who had helped me a lot to get me the reversal on unprecedented dual payment from my card. In regard to the In-Room Dining, the food was delivered on time and the quality was very good.

We stayed at The Hotel for one night and had an excellent experience. The reception staff were extremely nice and even upgraded my room. He provided me with a newly renovated, well-furnished, and beautifully decorated room on the 6th floor.The service was very professional, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

It was noisy, seemed like some drill work was going on & there was music thumping noise throughout the night.

Everything was fantastic. The room , the lobby, the staff all are very good

Breakfast was not that good

We made a small booking error where the number of guests was written as 1 instead of 2 even though a king size bed was booked. But the front office refused to even work with us even a little. Not just that, three employees quoted us three different prices for additional guest in the same room, each higher than the last. A new booking with the correct details would've cost us same, but the front office had no intention of helping us

Like - staff are great - mini bar- free water in room - I didn’t have much time and was able to buy a beautiful scarf in the gift shop as a keep sake of my time in India - very safe for a solo female traveller- Had a good desert and muffin at the cafe in the lobby. It’s the best food the hotel has to offer but I didn’t try the Asian restaurant on the roof. Love - the gym and pool facilities. Large gym with great machines. The pool is awesome and the best feature of the hotel imo. - Comfy bed with nice linen - The spa Didn’t like - I stayed at way nicer resorts in India and the food was cheaper and delicious. The food is quite expensive here and the worst I had in India, including the breakfast buffet. That was very disappointing. I wouldn’t have minded the price had the food been good. - It’s very noisy. Low sleep quality but I was on the 2nd floor. I wouldn’t say don’t book this hotel if you need to stay in the area but not really good enough to make it a priority. It does have good points.

I had interaction with the staff name Shaymveer, this gentlemen went above and beyond his task to assist me. I would highly recommend the managers or the hotel owner to pay a bit more to keep staff like shaymveer. excellent Service from him made me feel like home.

The staff was very helpful and empowered to accommodate our request and ready to help within their capacity that I can say everything i asked was accepted and provided. My 13 years old daughter was first-time staying in any hotel in India and was a bit skeptical about the facilities available in India, so i choose this hotel. She was surprised and happy to be there.

The front staff was very commercial. They charged me a very high price for early check-in , though I have argued that I am a very frequent customer to their hotel.The room was already booked at a very high price for 4 night's. They did not deny or accept early check-in until I popped up into the hotel.

There’s a nightclub on the first floor which I could here all night (until about 6am) from the 4th floor. I moved hotels as a result.It is not a 5 star hotel. My room was tired and needed redecoration. They moved me on the 3rd night due to the noise and put me in what was apparently the King Suite. Terrible decor though and more like. 3 star hotel.WiFi was rubbish (barely 1mbps).

Washroom in our room need more Towel hook. The towel rail is too high. Many visitors are short Asians. We suggest telephone shower be added
