Home @ F37 Hotel

The rooms were large and clean. The hotel is close to the metro line

The breakfasts were great but lunch and dinner at the hotel was slow to be served

The location makes it a quick Uber ride to major tourist sites. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The space heater did not do an effective job at heating anything. It was exceptionally cold in during our stay and having real heating available would be preferred.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and as shown on the pictures. The location is good but not necessarily close to most tourist sights, so check before. A nice surprise was the air purifier, which I haven't seen before in other hotels, and is much appreciated with the current air quality in Delhi. From our experience, this hotel has by far the best price-quality ratio in Delhi.

Honestly, there is nothing that I can mention here at this price point. I guess a small gym would have been nice.

The place is in very good location and close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very nice and well maintained.

Maybe there is little improvement in breakfast items. But it is really worth it for money

Clean. Breakfast very good.

My knees hit the conor of the bed twice and really hurts. May put some protection measure on conor as the space for passing by is narrow.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities.

The staff treating customers extremely well. You always have the feeling of customers first. Everything is very flexible. The service of picking up and sending to the airport is stress free. When you stay in this hotel, You will be sure you will be well taken care of.

I had lived at this place around 10 years back and again twice in this month. They continue to have the same level of very good cleanliness, maintenance and a courteous staff. It gives a very cosy feel.

This is probably the best hotel in Delhi. I spent days researching hotels in Delhi cause I know that India (but especially Delhi) is challenging for accommodation, and it's really hard to find a clean and decent hotel. Since I was arriving in Delhi after two long flights, I wanted to make sure to end up in a good place to sleep. All the research and hours spent reading reviews were worth it. This is an amazing hotel, CLEAN, the rooms are big, hot shower running all the time, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are super friendly and nice. We left our backpacks for two weeks and they stored them in a safe place. The location is good, it's near the metro, and you can get to the main tourist areas really easily. I was surprised by the metro in Delhi, it has AC, and it's def better than the New York subway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and nice place to stay in Delhi.

Everything was good. The price is a bit on the high end, but it's worth it.

large room towards the back, no street noise at night. I liked the breakfast. Helpful staff, reception readily available by phone as well. Mattress was alright. Mini fridge that actually cooled down and kettle, convenient pick-up service from the airport late at night available for extra fee.

No blackout curtains and room was too light to sleep. Only one pillow per person.

Pros: Great value for money, helpful staff, very convenient location, clean and well maintained common areas and rooms. Cons: Water pressure is a little low and hot water runs out a little quickly Rooms are small but more than adequate given the price point.Overall a pleasant stay and would stay there again.

Clean, spacious rooms with quick WiFi and good aircon. Staff onsite were so helpful for supporting us to book tours, train tickets and make recommendations. Kailash colony is a good location with nice restaurants, it felt like a safe neighbourhood in Delhi. Breakfast was decent.

Noise travels in the stairway to rooms

Great location! Helpful staff!

Not much natural light in the room. Bathroom didn't look the best but was within expectations

I booked a single room for a day as I was visiting for a very short time and I was surprised how clean, spick and span with more than enough required amenities , a good restaurant which has room service and the whole place gives you a vibe of home stay at residential neighborhood of Delhi, with a stone throw distance to the metro station. Just loved it. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to all.

Nothing to say.

Great hotel not too far from old town, but located near other sights and on a calm street. Metro station around the corner. Room was big with air purifier and all other amenities. Breakfast was great with good coffee. I had dinner there as well one time and it was good. Hotel staff was helpful. Would stay there again.

Not enough hot water in the shower

Good location, offering great value for money. Our room was silent enough even though there is constant honking outside. The staff was friendly and tried to always accommodate our needs.

Nicely designed and well trained staff. And good facilities. Location is just next to the station

I didn’t find any

Good hotel with large room size. Has a working safe, hairdryer, and large area by the sink.

Hot water ran out after 25 litres and needed to be heated up again by pressing a button. This was explained on check-in, so it was ok, but a bit inconvenient. The rug was very slippery and could do with being stuck down. Airport transfer was around 1100 rupees, +airport parking (400 in our case). Curtains do not block the light very well.

Booking a hotel in India is sooo hard because of all the fake reviews :// I can attest that this hotel is completely real, and it was great. I'm a solo female traveler for the first time in Delhi, so I was a little cautious about everything, but the staff was super accommodating; the hotel nice, clean, and cozy, they helped me get a sim card and the exchange rate for Euro is really good too. Overall, definitely returning!

Helped us to get a SIM card and a driver for the day in Delhi, reception was available 24 hours, relatively quiet, close to metro, elevator available

Interior dated, not always available via WhatsApp, additional services had to be paid in cash which we didn’t know before
