Wood Castle Hotel

The service was fantastic, all of the team are wonderful! They were extremely accommodating and kind due to our delayed flight and checking us in late. Our room was spacious, clean and well designed, the bed was so comfortable, they provided us breakfast in the morning too which was really kind, we really enjoyed our stay here even though short on this occasion, we look forward to returning, definitely recommend for anyone coming to Delhi, the team are so kind and willing to help, thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Can’t fault anything, everything was fantastic!

A really nice place for the price. The staff was friendly and the food delicious.

The first room I booked online turned out to be on a lower level without any windows, but at my request I was moved to a beautiful room with Windows that only cost a little bit more per night.

The room was clean, had hot water and had a nice comfy bed. The staff were very helpful. When our charger broke, one of the staff members literally ran to lend us his wire without a second thought. We were so appreciative of this staff member's kindness. Would stay here again if we come back to Delhi.

cleanliness of the room was good. The front office was friendly and helpful.

The main entrance of the hotel is bit narrow. However once we reach the room, it will make forget about the entrance.

Rooms were clean, with daily changes. Room slightly smaller but we were very comfortable and no issue with space.

The fridge wasn't working consistently for us.

I was extremely impressed with Wood Castle. We arrived late in the evening on our first night, and the staff were ready for us, served us tea, and made us feel very comfortable. The room exceeded all my expectations, it was beautiful, clean, and had all the utilities one could need. The bed was huge!The staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay, we felt very welcome and safe.The best thing, however, was the location. The street was very nice and quiet. It felt very safe with kids and uni students hanging out outside. Karol Bagh, in general, is a very nice area, with a big market that isn't as overwhelming as other markets in Delhi. There are both restaurants and bars nearby as well. The area and the hotel felt very peaceful to come back to after long days of sightseeing in Delhi.Huge thank you to Wood Castle and their staff!!

The only thing I could comment on is the shower, which was a bit rusty, but it worked just fine. Still rating 10/10

The room was ok for a short stay,

The Area was quite isolated and could be intimidating with the local taxi drivers, also no English channels on tv, no separate shower (wet room) so floor was wet all night. Check in was not welcoming and one man that was in reception area was very intimidating with his attitude but not sure if staff or visitor.

Clean and comfortable accommodation in a very large and nice in Karol Bagh. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, full of information and tips.

Its was beautiful place to stay . Ever one was helpful there , our room was cozy . It is walking distance to metro station and main market , absolutely prefect place for peaceful sleep in busy delhi and .mr cp sing was helpful. We are recommended to any one..

Absolutely nothing, every thing was perfect

The Hotel is nicely situated close to the Karol Bagh Metro Station and it is far enough away from the main street to have a quiet night! Friendly staff and the airport transfer also waited despite our plane delay for 2h. :)

Its clean and quit and beds are comfortable i would highly recommended it

The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. They surprised us with balloons and flowers to celebrate our honeymoon, which was so nice of them! The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was very tasty.

Everything was lovely

Excellent staff and management. Homely atmosphere. Food was excellent. We were received with a warm welcome at 6am in the morning. Of course, we had to book for an extra day because it was high season.

We took a room on the first floor, facing the street. It was a bit noisy in the early morning when hawkers shout out loud through their mics to sell their wares. Otherwise, the street is fairly quiet, and it is hard to believe that the place is located about 500 metres from the Karol Bag metro and market.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Close location to Karol Barg market area and plenty of transportation options to visit other parts of the city. I didn't use their breakfast service because I chose to eat a local food stalls nearby.

Quiet at night. Ok location. Ok for a night, but maybe be more forthcoming with need for a cleaner room on arrival.

There was no window so great for no noise but no air- very damp very humid.Room not clean, mould on shower mat, dirty door handles, cob webs in corners, rugs dirty. We made it work for the first night as we were exhausted then asked for room service but this wasn't done as you need to leave the key (odd to only have one key). Junior staff are great- other staff, felt like he was always trying to sell us something and that felt off putting

Fantastic rooms, great location and Javed and the rest of the team are so friendly and helpful when we first arrived in India. Highly recommend.

Nothing, great accommodation.

The staff at Wood Castle are excellent. They bent over backwards to be helpful and of service. The room was very comfortable including the bed. It was a good-sized room and nicely decorated for the price. It is in Karol Bagh which is an interesting shopping area about 15 to 20 minutes west of the main downtown area.
