Sky Rich International - 5 Minutes From Karol Bagh Metro Station

Superb Location for Traveler like me. Metro line connection is Very good.

My both the Vodafone and Jio mobile phone SIMs are not working inside the room effectively, so I need to go out and talk clearly or I need to depend on the WiFi which is not helpful all the time. Varying download speed or slow.

narrow street which leads to hotel. Difficult for Uber or ola to come there.Had to carry luggage to hotel as taxi dropped almost 200 meters away.

The staff is wonderful, every one of them right from the doorman to the guys at the reception. Located right at the center of a very busy market. If you are a peace and quite kind of a person it is not for you but I love the bustle of the city and I loved it. Any small deficiencies in the room are made up by the amazing staff. Walking distance to Delhi Metro..

Surprisingly quiet, very private feel. Some minor language problems, (on both sides). Well placed.

Looks old and daggy. Braekfast poor and no facilities like chairs and tables to eat. Dirty and poor quality linen and towels. Staff unprofessional. Had to tell many times to get stuff such as towels.

Not clean. Beds were too hard. In-room breakfast but no table. Very old and dirty bedding and towels. Booked and paid for three in family room but were provided for two. The sofa bed was broken .

The hotel has not been maintained,was old and musty..but the room is big for single person.. spacious..but needs complete renovation..

Just the location

No restaurants. The hotel is outdated according to the pictures on the website.

The managers and their responsive team worked very seamlessly to make the sure our staying was a pleasant one. They helped us very effectively to bookings of train trips and hotel stay (as well as our transportation to the train station) to Agra where we enjoyed visiting Taj Mahal and its surroundings. The hotel is centrally located next the metro station and close to vibrant shopping scenes (high ends and street vendors alike). We liked our stay and the staff here so much that we came back to the hotel for our remaining time in Delhi after Agra. In addition, the breakfasts were fulfilling and good.

Need to improve heating to rooms. Hot water is not made available consistently at the same time.

Good calm place, close to metro station. Helpful staff.

We had to contact the reception to have hot water for shower every time.

Rude staff behave. Not recommended , dont book this hotel. They ask extra tariff at the time of check in.

Worst condition, i watested my precious time and money, front desk behave not good, they show their policy at the time of check in, infact no policy mention on booking.com site.

Very local in town/ main bazaars location in walking distance. All the staff R excellent, clean atmosphere & rooms cleaned & linens sorted with towels, tea coffee , water jugs etc & helped as necessary .lift to other floors.In food breakfast or ordered food is excellent as to requirements, warm as necessary & freshly made. Recommended.

Nothing much to say, as we never are always satisfied.

Ipics and real property doesn't match...too congested, adjacent building construction work was too much disturbing which the hotel couldn't help. surrounding restaurants are not available....avoid this place and hotel

THE HOTEL CANCELED MY RESERVATION THE MOMENT I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL, THEY LIED, THEY SAID IT WAS CANCELED BUT THE CANCELLATION EMAIL REACHED ME 15 MINUTES LATER, THAT IS, WHEN I WAS ALREADY AT THE HOTEL TRYING TO CHECK IN

THEY CANCELED MY RESERVATION AND NOTIFIED ME UNTIL I PERSONALLY ARRIVED AT THE RECEPTION

Room had no window. Noisy location. Bedding and towels were discoloured. Bathroom was grubby. B

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

It was very rundown and old. It was also very noisy and difficult to get sleep. Organised an airport pickup which was disastrous as the driver wasn’t where he was supposed to be and we couldn’t contact him.
