The hotel is located close to the Metro station,lot of food options around, shopping in karol bagh is very easy. the rooms are very nice specially the Superior room.Hotel is old but clean and hygeinic.The staff was helpful and cheerful

The only area of improvement is the amenities in room, adequate tea coffee and supplies were provided , maybe a suggestion to add some more toileteries,thanks.

The room was clean and everything that we needed was there. Staffs were helpful and well mannered. The location was very good. City area without any unhygienic environment like Paharganj and old delhi.

Tried to claim that the hotel was full, took me down the road to another hotel with a different name, poor quality room with a bathroom that smelled terrible. I refused so they took me back to the original hotel and there was magically a room ready. This room felt insecure, bathroom leaked water everywhere, window had pigeons nesting in it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they looked after me and my motorbike really well. They had a good sense of humour and were eager to please. Room service was good and I enjoyed the meals they provided. Thought it was good value for money.

There's a strong smell. Probably something religious, but it was difficult for me to tolerate.

First off, trying to find a hotel in Delhi online is daunting. They seem to be rife with fake reviews and photoshopped picture. Go into this place with an open mind. The staff is great. They made sure I had water and didn't make me pay until after my stay. The room was clean enough for me. The AC was cold. The TV worked.There's a minifridge with waters in it. Best of all- no bedbugs. There's no funky smells or anything, but you do smell some people cook breakfast. I didn't check out much of the area, and this is my first time in India, so I can only compare it to the rest of Southeast Asia. The room is expensive for what you get, but it's probably on par with $25/night hotels in the US (if there are any left.) It looks like all accomodations in Delhi are on par with the US or even more expensive. You get what you pay for. Don't go into it thinking it will be as beautiful as the pictures, but that's everywhere. Oh, they have security and help take your bags to your room as well. I think they will also book trips as they are very helpful. I only stayed 2 nights because I only came to india to get surgery at BLK-MAX hospital next door. The hospital is close enough to walk to even with a lower spine injury. Now I'll cover the negatives, which aren't really negatives but just to let you know what you're in for.

I thought the toilet wouldn't flush at first, but you just have to push down hard on the leaver. There was no hot water in my shower, but someone else who stayed there said they had a breaker or something to switch on near the shower to get hot water. The furniture/mirrors/fixtures are all old. The shower head looked like it had mold, but I think it's just tarnished. The wifi was spotty, so I had to go to the lobby to make phone calls home. The bedding and blankets were decent. A few stains, but that's to be expected. The bath towels are old. They used to be white, but now they're grey and crispy. The shower didn't seem to work when I first turned it on, but you have to wait 30 seconds or so for the water to start flowing. If you can deal with that and you aren't too bougie, it's a decent stay. There was some construction going on (just a small repair), and they waited until 9 am to start making noise, but grinding and chipping concrete in the stairwell is pretty loud. I work in construction, though, and I get it, repairs need to be done, and there is no good time to do them when you have guests. From my research, this area is overcrowded and polluted, so if you're looking for a nicer area to stay, check out South Deli. Do your due diligence.

1. Hotel room extremely small. Book 2 rooms for family of 4. Bound to knock on something when we walk in the room. 2. Fan speed maximum looks like on speed 2. 3. Bath tap, extremely hard to open and close. 4. Air cond blows hot air!!! Too hot to sleep in the room!!!! 5. Staff, whenever we ask some of them for something eg where can we buy certain stuff !!! They said don’t know. Only certain staff are helpful!! 6.

Great area, very central, but not on a busy street, near Karol Bagh market. It was clean and the shower had hot water, we also got bottled waters provided everyday ?

The only thing I would say is we stayed downstairs so it could get a little noisy at night, but I don’t think that would be a problem in upper floors at all

Location

Unfriendly staff at check in. Dirty sheets on the bed with stains. Smell in the room. Photos don’t describe the room that you get when you do the check in. Be aware of that! And you get tons of emails and messages before you arrive at the hotel. Too much information and it goes on and on…

The hotel rooms were very dinghy and old, the location is not so good for family to stay and the facilities provided were very basic. The photos shown at the time of booking is not correct. Booking.com need to check all this before listing the hotels.

LED TV was not working.When I called the Manager they sent their staff to check but they could not do it . That's why I couldn't watch the movie and the newsDinner and breakfast is costly.

it’s big list in the short I booked this place through booking.com and when we reached there with family they refused to give it with booking.com price and started demanding 40% extra which was very disappointing. and the hotel is soo poor in everything , specially the staff and the services.it’s looks like they turned old building in the hotel which doesn’t deserve even 1 star ⭐️ it’s not families or standard people for sure. regreted after being there
