It was serving its purpose. There was good food and the staff were helpful. The rooms were comfortable.

Check-in experience was a little slow and confusing. Staff , although helpful and polite, not always had clear communication with English and that can be an issue for me because I am vegan and need to make sure of what is in the food etc.

Good value for money. Breakfast room provided excellent breakfast, wait staff were very attentive and sweet.

Do not recommend anyone to stay there specially when the hotel declines to give accommodation.

We arrived and having confirmed reservation, the hotel declined to give us rooms. This was a pretty embarrassing experience considering we had a confirmed reservation.

Staff is helpful food is good all request met in no time.

Only they don't have bar but drinks are easily available at near by shops.

Rooms were very tiny and to top it...kitchen was right above the room which worked till 11.30pm and got me up 6am so couldn't sleep the whole point for staying overnite was to rest and work...i come every month...i prefer to stay near airport henceforth...reception guy was very rude....

Property was maintained well. It was quiet and peaceful. Good meal facilities. Staff at breakfast and meals were excellent. Very courteous and helpful.

Probably will need an upgrade after some time. My experience at check in could have been better. The staff was abrupt and rude. Maybe new and needs more training. The rest of the staff were just great.

The common areas look old and dilapilated. The entrance is very bad.

Shower flow needs attention. Bathroom hygiene can be still better with proper maintenance.Room was a bit tight in terms for movement.

Glad to hava place close to Nehru place but the place has to be better maintained.

My room did not have a latch. I was scared that someone could barge in . The AC had controls and all but the room was hot and stuffy. I had to ask for basic toiletries. The showers are not very clean.

The property is a bit old, but located in the posh area of Delhi

Being an old property the facilities are also not as per the price being paid.

Shervani was the first hotel in Delhi and our trip started with it. The hotel is located just 2 mins away from the metro station - Nehru Enclave. The location is excellent and accessible in every way. The hotel rooms are small but very comfortable. We had a great time there. They had arranged for packed breakfast as were leaving early morning for our next destination. The check-in process was smooth. Mr. Dilip Ghosh, took care of our breakfast and attended to our requests. We were glad to stay here. Thank you Shervani.

The staff were really nice and happy to help in general. Special mention to Nidha on the front desk who was always smiling, helpful and courteous as well as the two gentlemen in the restaurant who were ever so kind.We got 2 room upgrades which was very thoughtful. Rooms were a great size too. Better than a lot of 5 star hotels I've stayed in Delhi. The hotel smelt nice with all the oil diffusers in the lobby. Flexibility with check-out timings.

Cleanliness in the lobby's/ backdoor exits etc can be looked into. A lot of dust of the artificial flowers/ wall hangings etc are visible. Mirrors were dirty too. Minor things that can be easily rectified. Saying this, the rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall decor of the hotel needs an update and I would suggest the staff uniform too. They would really benefit from this as the hotel itself is good, though first impressions do count.Quality of food served at the restaurant.

Need some more dusting to be done in rooms, however rest all is value for money

Very accommodating staff, nice clean room and not too far from the airport. Also close to a metro station which is handy.
