Staff are good nd food are also nice but have very high rate

Furniture are not clean,approach road are very dirty

Just the one thing that room was spacious.

The staff wasn't welcoming at all. Only the security guard was nice. The management was poor, we had to wait 20 min for the even though there was not much people there. They didn't provide the room they promised with the balcony view. The shaft door in our room was open and we couldn't close it properly.

The location was perfect. The staff is willing to work with you

Every single thing from the lush toiletries to the ambience, sunset, decor, pool and food......felt like a Maharaja and his Queen!Ask me what not. It is a paradise . Beautiful corners throughout property

The staff are not so graceful. they just needed money to make from customers. they somehow wanted to charge 1800 for a room which costed 1300 on the app.

Horrible services !!! not happy with the service. I did an early check in and when i had called to ask abt it they said 900/- rs extra fr early checkin n later when i arrived they said full rate of 1 night applicable which i was not ok with and we chose to sit in the lobby.... and after 10-15 mins the reception said ok give 1200/- and take the room on early check in basis. Breakfast the toast was burnt it was not included in the hotel price i paid extra and i got burnt breads for breakfast. Need to wait for an hour for everything to happen. Be that room service or food. Not recommended!! Worst service and worst staff!!

Staff, room, location etc were excellent. Clean on a daily bases, excellent breakfast and very considerate, friendly and helpful staff. The location was in an upper class area, a quiet street and just a few minutes walk from new delhi metro statiom and easy to jump on a bus or central line.

Really can’t think of anything. Shower head hose needed replacing and it was done same day upon my request. None

We were alloted a top floor room and I think it was some extra room with no good interior though we noticed that other rooms were better in compared to the room given to us (2/5) and curtains were not clean .. bed sheet ..sofa .. nothing. Also no water provided , it was on paid basis. No towel. Phone was not working of the room. No lift as they say that it's a heritage hotel .. but being on third floor and no lift , also phone not working to call the housekeeping . How will you feel? We requested early check in .. we were charged ofcourse but they alloted a third class room.. verrry casual staff.. didn't like the stay at all.. haunted vibes.. not lively at all

Staff service was pathetic. We search on booking.com it shows many good things about hotel but which are not correct. In our room tv,ac,bucketwas not working. Staff was not co operative. Breakfast included in our booking but only 2 options are their. Staff was not telling detail of which options are available. They dnt have manners. They were very rude. Room was not clean. Cigarette were their in room . Not recommended this hotel to anyone better to stay at Oyo hotels rather than this so called 3 star hotel. Must say Oyo hotels are much more cheaper and better than this. I ll not stay in this hotel again ever.

the general antique feel to the property transported you to Rajasthan in the middle of delhigood place to come back from work

i guess they should incorporate a lift for oldies like me three four times up and down is a lot

Useless disturbance by staff nd due ongoing renovation activities the places wasn't quite at all.

Food nd washroom cleanliness.

Impressive historical building, big spacious rooms, hot water in the bathroom. Our rooms were clean.Might be cold in winter as the rooms are of castle type. But it is really worth staying there, nice design, beautiful style of the last centuries. Charming roof top terrace with the city view.Noisy area around, but close to the main market, where you can buy everything.Staff was helpful.

Building is really nice, but needs restoration, some improvements.

Rooms were ok. Room service was moderate. Person sitting at reception is very much rude and harsh at his words. Online it is mentioned cards are accepted but no such facility was there..Reception manager made the experience more worst

Everything.The Staff , The Cleanliness, The Area , The RoomThere were literally two cockroaches floating on my Bathroom.TV is for only showcase.The rooms are no where similar to pictures.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also ok.

The reception area, entrance hall and furnitures there were extremely dusty. We waited for almost an hour to get our room cleaned but we couldn't seat anywhere because of the dust.

Everything from beginning They asked me higher amount than the booked amt. The guy told the system was wrong, it was late night and i agreed to pay more for that night... It was a construction sight, fan was crying.... Horrible night.... No lift....
