Hospitality is very good. 24/7 restaurant service. easy reach to any restaurant near to cr park and kalkaji

Internet is very poor

nothing the hotel was awful. do not book here

checked out after one day, hotel has no pool even though advertised, told it would be 2025 before fixed, rooms were filthy, advertised as no smoking hotel but rooms smelt of stale smoke. complained and hotel manager not interested

It was really bad experience. We left the hotel in 2 hours.

When we arrived they told us the ACs are not working so we are shifting you to other branch. The other branch was in a very old building. The lift was not working. The AC was also not working properly and the toilet flush was broken and there was no water in the bathroom. Bedsheets and blankets were also dirty.

Staff were friendly, professional & attentive. Breakfast was adequate, and check-in & out were easy. Room was clean, well serviced.

Bed was extremely hard & uncomfortable. Pool was in the next building & bathroom fan very noisy.

Excellent with many varieties of food on the buffet.

We liked everything about our stay.The staff were very helpful in particular, Mr. Sukumar Jana was exceptional. We would like to highly recommend him.

Nice clean room, friendly staff and really good breakfast

The swimming pool was out of order and this was the main reason I chose this hotel, also no beer is sold on site

The location of hotel was good.

The hotel service very Bad, bad food, bathrooms bad, tariffs very high as per quality. You don't get hot water more than 2-3 hrs in a day. The staff don't supply regular hot water in the bathrooms.

Smelly, crammed corridors. Regrets eating dinner at smelly restaurant, should have ordered food instead, but they insist we order though the hotel staff.

Great meals to order for room service.,comfortable room and bathroom..close to metro for tourism in New Delhi Good room cleaning too.A pool too !

The staff were very rude unprofessional and knew they could help but deliberately did not help. Information on check out and in should be clear and if early morning arrival allow a room with payment for your guest. The reception is full of mosquitoes and the staff have zero respect or antiquate

On the main road, so it’s a noisy hotel.However staff moved me to quiet room and do appreciate that. The shower need some renovation, hot water stops at 10am. Breakfast is ok, mo coffee machine.Mattress is comfortable. Staff and guests in the hotel could be noisy, in respect banging doors late night

Room facilities like snacks and beverages were not available at the time of check in but were provided the very next day.

The property was in a congested surroundings but was well maintained. The staff was extra polite and very helpful.

Don't think we can change the layout and construction easily.

The behavior of the staffs was good and helpful and the breakfast had a good spread . The room size though small ,yet it was clean and has clean towels.

The size of the rooms could have been bigger for the price paid.
