I had a wonderful experience at Amber Inn by Orion Hotels. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Cab was 5 mint late but they apologize about that too

The staff at Amber inn were professional, efficient, and always available to answer our questions.

My stay at Amber Inn was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay..

This is a really Good property that i have stayed with my family, that is a good location and good vibe. All staffs are helping and supportive but at the time of check in Reception Executive take some more time. but All experience was good. Need to improve some Food quality.

Lovely hotel.Great room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was very good lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing location easy to access.

When we checked into our room we noticed the bedsheets didnt look super clean/fresh, so we went to ask for new sheets in the reception and they changed them right away. The man who showed us the room and changed our sheets were incredibly kind! (He was the ‘oldest’ of the men working that day). Sweet soul :)

The receptionist had a rude tone and arrogant attitude. (There was two men working when we arrived. I am refering to the younger man sitting behind the desk). Also the man who checked us out the day after, he was pushing too hard on giving a 5 review on Google, and even reached over the counter to press on the 5 stars on my husbands phone. I found it to be quite inappropriate. Besides that, the room just didnt feel very clean.

location was chosen by me so it was satisfactory

everything could have been better:no hot water in freezing delhi cold: 4.5 degrees on 12/12/24no carpet: white marble making it even more cold.repairwork noise from room directly above, upon asking why so i was told that repairs have to happen as well @ 4.30 pm in the afternoon.rickety 30 year old television with only free channels was available.no side table lamps next to bed. only sidetables were present without lamps.requested the manager Animesh( similar name) to change my room to a front facing NOT DONE

We stayed there for 6-7 nights and we had a comfortable stay. The location was great as we have relatives staying in Sukhdev Vihar and this was super close to their place. The staff who did the check in was very polite and understanding. Overall the staff present were polite and courteous

Everything was fine for us

I cannot say anything really good about this place, unfortunately. Location was pretty good. They have an elevator.

It was dirty - I found a dead cockroach on the floor of my room on the first day. Floors were swiped, not mopped. Mattress is not covered with any protection, just sheet. Hairdryer was sticky with filth. Toilet was yellow dirty. Outlets were not working properly. Zipper in bedsheets was ripped off.

Amber inn by Orion Hotel's is one of the best Hotel of New Delhi in friendly budget. View from rooms are amazing, surrounded with valleys in laps of nature. Hospitality and service is quite good. Staff here is very cooperative.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Miss talking with them and felt bad I didn't say goodbye! if you're reading this, thank you very much for all the lovely conversation. Very safe environment which was comforting for us being in a very foreign country. Quiet area in Delhi with some adorable, gentle cows roaming outside. Right next to the police station.Loved the Indian music video channel playing on the TV but the whitewashing is insane - just an observation; nothing to do with the hotel. Brown skin is absolutely beautiful and should be celebrated!!!!

as a traveller I love looking out the window and admiring the street so was kind of disappointed that the window was blurred, but it may just be a law or regulation.

Breakfast is good and rooms and location are also good

I appreciated the cleanliness and courteous staff as well as the breakfast, which was very nice and healthy.

A bit far from city but quiet and clean. Good for those who like tranquility to rest.

Very good location and room was clean

Reception manager's behavior is very poor. And the staff is also not cooperative. Those traveling with family are requested not to stay at this hotel.
