Location was good

The safe in the room as well as the tv wasn’t working. The hotel staff didn’t accept calls. Additionally the Ac too had issues. Not worth the price at all.

Front desk staff are rude and indifferent to your needs. Housekeeping staff are ok.

The rooms were very badly maintained. The staff is not very responsive & prompt in service.The bathroom had stains and need fixing. On the whole I expected better from ITC and was very disappointed. For the money I spent on this stay, it definitely wasn’t worth it!

Property is old and bit dated but is well maintained.

We had booked 2 tower suite however while chk in time of 2 pm the rooms where not available and their staff tried to show us other room which was available however that room was of lower category. So instead of upgrade they tried to degrade room category which we where not ok absolutely. There was some verbal spat too but then we where provided with our actual booked room which was indeed way above the other low category room which they tried to shift us initially. So in short they are not good in maintaining guaranteed chk in time of 2pm. However we where provided a basic room to fresh up for the delay. Breakfast was decent. Room service and other staff was also decent. Overall as a stay it was good. Would love to viait again.

I was told I would not be charged for breakfast- that it was included in the room tariff; but I was charged for - Continental plan. Why? P

Hotel is centrally located and easily accessible through metro . Bathroom fixtures are old .

Rooms are very old and outdated, No cafes or food options outside hotel

The staff were very aloof and reception staff were useless. If you asked for anything, nothing was done

Choose the hotel just because it was very next to my work location.

Facilities to be improved a lot more. I checked into the hotel around 8 PM, my room was in 8th Floor and the room key given was not working. Tried calling the front office, but no one picked up. Had to go to the reception all the way from 8th Floor to get some assistance.They should place some intercoms in every floor to avoid such situations.

Never giving a third try

During night your banquet team thought its ok to drag chairs & wind up there working withiut thinking about the noise it will creating for guest sleeping at 1PM. Second person check at 3 AM & no one was there to bring her bag up. I had to tell my sick husband to go down again & get the luggage. Foul smell in one room & one key was not working. Really sad to see such big names only earning because of location and have zero hospitality.

Comfortable bed

Was advertised as an airport Hotel but took 2 hrs to get there.Breakfast couldn't be offered at 7am / Spa closed withing 30 mins of arrival.No empathy shown to guests after a long journey .. all very disappointing

Outdated room.. parquet was very old and squeaky with evident cracks amd scratches..Floor was bit smelly maybe due to smoking

Overall, the food was the best part of this hotel. Good butter chicken and naan, and a great breakfast spread. Rooms are spacious. It's comfortable and cozy.

Terrible wi-fi. In this day and age where small two and three star hotels provide fast, dependable wi-fi, i'd expect existing players to match the game. The hotel property itself is old, and it shows in the fittings. Rooms are decently maintained, but overall, it's not value for money. Felt like i was charged a premium.

The food was decent. And the hotel seemed to have all the facilities.

The utilities at the hotel look very old and hence giving the impression of not being fresh.

great location, good surroundings and convenient

No alcohol by the pool which is very weird! also, they should use a glass wall to make better use of the view around the pool. their main bar wasn’t functional the whole time I was there.

The location, ambiance, and comfortness are superb.

The restaurant and the buffet could improve.Also, the air conditioning is not up to mark.

room was very old, had no fresh feeling, old furniture, extremely bad electrical switches, broken AC controller and stone age small tv. Lighting was insufficient and dull.
