Staff s very RUDE .. Front desk receptionist was the worst - as soon as he came to know I am a doctor, he starter seeking free medical advice for his whole khandaan

I am old visitor to this resort & there services are declined over time.Despite informing on check in that give me a good room bcoz yours ACs were not working last time.They gave room whose Ac wasn’t working properly & then they were insisting on putting a fan in room.Then they agreed to changeThere was absolutely no services from housekeeping & reception I had to call every time from google contact to make them listen to needs.Very poor service & staff is not at all interested in hospitality
