The Muse Sarovar Portico Nehru Place Delhi

Excellent location, clean and spacious room, staff was courteous and helpful, accommodated every request they could.Would definitely be my choice to stay at next time.

Nothing much to not like.

Price of a 5 star service of an OYO ROOM

I gave tip to all who cleaned my room & the porter but The hotel got multiple BAD reviews that's why they took themselves off from GOOGLE. However on Google their other location is mentioned which is in aerocity, & it takes you there. I was landing after a really long flight. So in the middle of the night I was misguided to a wrong location. Later They only gave 3 bottles of water for drinking & anything else is chargeable. Too much checking at the mini bar. The guy literally verified for 10 minutes . AND THE LOCATION IS WRONG. They say its on the road but there is no entry ALL UBER'S come on road and then you have to walk. I added breakfast from booking.com BUT it wasn't added & they were asking for money. The WIFI is really slow. I hope I can get a full refund.

Nice clean hotel with all basic facilities needed for a short business trip. Well located. Will use again

Central location, Cool, clean, friendly

Love how clean the place is. The staff is helpful and friendly. :) great value for money.

Charging slots were not near the bed, causing inconvenience.Variety at the breakfast was limited.

Over all it was a good stay. Location is very nice and staff is good.

Breakfast spread is very limited and restaurant staff is not courteous enough.

Very convenient location with serene surroundings and steps away from NEHRU PLACE area. Room size was good, however there is problem of mosquitos all around the hotel premises including dining zone and rooms. Hotel staff was quiet and helpful when requested.

Housekeeping staff needs more attentiveness for room preparations including keeping toiletries and dental kits in the room prior check in. TV in room was of limited use as self was unable to connect own media devices with wireless connection.

Great hotel - good location and value for money. Extremely courteous staff and reasonably good facilities

Cleanliness of the kettle in the room, availability of more water to drink

Small hotel but quite clean. No noise at night. Breakfast could be improved for non Indians

Breakfast variety

Everything was good including cleanliness, size of room, staff behaviour and location of the property.

The location was great for us. The waitresses was very kind and attentive!

Expected it to be more clean. The room was also very humid.

The Front Office staff were very polite and helpful. The room ambience was awesome. This was our first stay in this hotel but we enjoyed it. Will look forward to coming here again.

Hotel staff was great and very accommodating - we had an early morning departure one morning (3 am!) and they arranged for us to have a breakfast box "to-go", which was hugely helpful. The breakfast buffet we are there was good, the rooms in good condition.

No concerns!

The entrance is so lovely

My bathroom was full of water after taking a shower . The water would flow out of the shower . Was using floor towels for the water to not put flow called the cleaner to clean it but on taking a shower again the water flowing out still continued. This needs to be rectified in the bathroom.

Good quick room service and check in at 3am.

Very old linens and towels. Started looking a little run down now.

Nice location, great staff, good food.

The bill I eventually paid when I arrived was 6000 rupees more than what I got on booking.con

Bad

Everything. Overpriced, dirty linen. Smelly room.

Location

quality of amenities. operating on low staffno space to park carguest has to take guess which entry would be open to the hotel before entering the property.

Excellent breakfast choice. Great location. It was good to pay for the comfort and peace of mind.

Great team of people, and are very welcoming, providing a great service. It was a good experience to have at the end of our holiday time in India.

A great Business Hotel in Delhi for people travelling on work and want to be centrally located. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. I had stayed here many times before the pandemic and am happy to see that they have maintained the property very well. The staff are excellent. The food at the hotel is very good.
