Too many menu focus on Indian cuisine. No variety in Indian cuisine. Same menu for western style menu (eggs and corn everyday)No cold water supply from 2 am to 10 am for two consecutive days. Therefore we had to manage general personal hygiene (bathing, toilet and brushing teeth) with hot water by collecting the hot water in a bucket and allowing it to become warm. This caused a significant delay for two day plan. When complaint was made at the reception, we were informed the problem will be solved in 10 to 15 min which never happened. At the time of checkout when this issue was mentioned at the reception, he said that "you are free to write a negative review". The question that I ask myself is "is there a water tank in that hotel".

What a great find! Delhi is very spread out but Suncourt is located about 10 mins walk from metro (safe, clean a/c and relatively cheap to travel on), and tour desk and driver hire if needed as well as local restaurants minutes away making it a great location. If your looking for a Raddison or Hilton this is not for you, in my opinion this better. Allows you to immerse yourself in the local culture in the heart of the action. Clean rooms with air con and much to our delight, a fridge! Friendly and helpful staff and a restaurant upstairs. Great value so I would recommend.

Big room. The small hotel was in a road that closes at night - meaning quiet area

Dark and smelly room. Not clean. Breakfast was very simpel.

The location is ok, the staff is quite friendly. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to spend time on the rooftop and have coffee.

It is a mediocre hotel; the linen is grey with stains, as usual in India. The room was pretty cold in January, and the AC is not working for heating. The bathroom was always wet and cold. Breakfast is very local and has not been adapted for foreigners. There are not too many restaurants and groceries suitable for tourists around. All this for a pretty high price.

They provided me early checkin since I had a 11month baby. And the stay was very clean and cozy we loved it and would prefer to be back again soon.

Satisfactory.. one of the fewer hotels with twin bed configuration for two people. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom had some water damage..But overall the stay was good and I'd stay again. Can't comment on value as it's my first stay in India!

The walls at the shower were not clean. I spot some marks that can be removed by bleaching

A very typical hotel in Delhi, seems nicer than any neighbouring ones. Room is big enough and has everything one needs including a tea kettle, TV and fridge. There also was a small safe in the wardrobe, which came in handy. There were enough power sockets for two people to charge their devices.

Walls are absolutely not-soundproof and the windows are old and dirty, so we had to keep the curtains shut all day.Also, we are deeply unsatisfied with the hotel staff, who were completely unhelpful. The airport transfer, offered in e-mails, is too expensive. When we booked a room we asked for separate beds and the hotel replied with "noted", but upon arrival there was only one bed in the room and we had to wait for staff to separate it.The staff on reception was quite rude, when we checked out at night and tried to cheat on the exchange rate of Indian Rupee. A week later some manager of this hotel wrote to my personal number on WhatsApp asking to leave a review.Due to such attitude and such use of personal sensitive data I will avoid staying in this hotel ever again.

Very well behaved ,friendly staff. They were always eager to help out. The hotel room was clean. It was overall a very good stay . The location was also very good.

Location is great, only 400m to the nearest metro station. The rooms are clean and service is prompt.

Property was good. Nice cozy and clean rooms ,staff were reliable and friendly and very helpful.Room service was quick and efficient specially Montu .

Hotel does not have room heater or electric bed or comforter heater .
