Cleanliness and its location just near airport. Staff very nice.

Convenient, clean and well priced

I had some problems with a meeting room I arranged that was not set up in time and the lobby signage wasn't placed, despite repeated requests.

Staff not very friendly, did not advise me of the hotel upturns available for meals

Over priced small room. No amenities.

It was a robbery, small room and dirty blanket it looks like some one stepped on it I checked in at 6 am so didn’t bother calling front desk.

Meal was also very delicious, staff welcomed with a charming smile and warmth, and they were serving as if it was their own house.

The staff are rude. They hung up on me and another person in my tour when we phoned the front desk to ask them a question. It’s over priced you can probably find hotels that are just as good for a bit less.

30 min check in time in the very late evening, no activity to speed this up No towels and toilet paper in the room- delivery after a call took very long - we just wanted a shower and a sleep

Exceptional courtesy by staff. Also the fact that there're vocally challenged persons who have been given employment at this property is a wonderful humanitarian gesture. The name of Asstt. F & B Manager, Mr. Monu, deserves a special mention as he went out of the way to make up for the delay in food service to our room. Upon coming to know it was my spouse's birthday, he quickly arranged a cake & his whole team came to wish in the room - it was special & we will always remember it !

Size of the room & bathroom is quite small. Also there were delays in service, viz. delivering the luggage to the room after check-in, long wait for few items such as bathroom slippers, shoe shine, etc.

Would prefer a Queen Bed with more space, rather than 2 twins. That's what I booked, but it was only available in smoking. They may have too many smoking rooms.

This is our second stay this summer. We appreciate the clean, comfortable hotel and the full board option as the buffet is delicious. The pool is excellent as well but everyone smoking around the pool is terrible for families trying to swim. The beds are very comfortable. The shampoo is just body soap so bring your own.

The rooms are not sound proof so the other rooms and hallway are very loud and the wifi is limited to 2 devices and doesn't work well The smoking around the pool is awful and makes the beautiful pool uninviting for a family swim. There isn't any introduction to the facilities so knowing where the gym, pool changing, food etc is not well explained but the staff are very helpful when asked. I didn't see a lot of the places shown in the booking.com photos so not sure how accurate those are.

Nice and clean. Excellent service and great friendly staff. Close to Del airport with in house taxi transfers available. Great decor and facilities. Exceptional breakfast with lots of options.

Great location. Great staff and services. Great in house restaurant. Nice consistent focus on sustainability. And very refreshing to see them hiring less abled people.

Only one set of slippers were given in a room for a couple.

Staff were great, food was very nice and the restaurant staff were fantastic.Security very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was a good buffet with lots of option.

Beds were not comfortable, pillows even worse. Front desk gave us the wrong category room at first making us have to go down and change.
