They adjusted the early check in and late check out request. They helped in changing the room which had the bath tub.Room service Food was delicious too.

Location and upkeep was decent

Old. Bathroom fittings need overhauling! Air conditioning was very noisy even at the lowest fan setting.

Beds were fairly comfortable and rooms are a decent size

Very inefficient front desk staff, I ordered in food, which got lost within the hotel after delivery, and by the time I received it the food was cold, ice cream had melted. Fridge in the room was not working

Old hotel, cleaning was not great, one light of my room could not be turned off, cigaret smell even in non-smoking room

It’s our second visit in this hotel and it was as awesome as the last one. It’s home away from home. The staff is lovely. Very competent & professional. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is superb. Live cooking. Freshly made food in front of you. Highly recommended. Thank you ?

Just a small disturbance on arrival since i was offered a room which stinked of smoke when i cannot handle a smooking room upon arrival at midnight and staff said i could have the same room after it was "cleaned". The hotel did however ensured that i spent the night at another location due to the unavailability of another room at that time in the same hotel and came back the next dayGood job in ensuring customer experience is maintained but train staff accordingly to prevent any such mishaps again.

Room ok. Once I did start creating noise about the quality of the staff and service things did improve.

Pool area , bar/ restaurant. Room and a smell of damp, fridge didn’t work, furniture passed its sell by date. Ready for a revamp. No courtesy shuttle to the airport.

I had requested for No smoking room but they have put me on a smoking floor/room. It was terrible. I could not sleeo for a entire night. Bath is bit old and not upto the standards.

The manager, Mr. Rama, made us feel like family. The day before we left for the Taj Mahal, 07:00 morning, he made sure the morning one of his staff members, Mr. Salman, would made us a breakfast package for in the car, since the long ride. Whenever we needed him for the most simple help, the manager himself was incredibly helpfull, kind and always willing to advice. When travelling with a small child, trustworthy people are necessary. The reception, occupied by Mr. Sharma, was always kind and helpfull. The 2 roomservice young men who served us, always kind and helpfull. The best thing about this hotel is it's staff members, 5* rating!

The usual simpel things one can name, like some maintenance stuff but nothing to name concrete since everything was fine.

Quick.checkinBreakfast is good.Staff is good and friendly in communicating.

Room needs renovation.Beds are not comfortable.Staff needs more training in handling orders.

I booked a room asking a double bed, they joined 2 single beds into one which was hell uncomfortable and bumpy. Asking the staff the response was the room type you booked has this option only. What an excuse even when paid for a room with double bed facility. Pathetic reception staff!

Very well located extremely well run hotel with excellent staff, large spacious rooms with balcony., comfortable beds and modern furniture.We enjoyed a great breakfast and lunch in the hotel dining room.

Everything was super. House keeping, room service, food,, staff courtesy, Room, overall Ambiance. Must stay.

Everything was great. Staff was super courteous and went out of their way to help us. Good size rooms. Every evening we got a fruit platter or chocolates. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh food cooked in front of you. Dinner was delicious. Thank you for making our trip memorable ?

It was disappointing stay. Rooms linnen not very clean, shower toilet stinky, not clean and broken.

cleanliness - there were cockroaches in the property - in the room itself. Breakfast buffet offering was limited. Certainly expected more for a room tariff of appx 8.5K per day! The crowd also was average - I had a nuisance of people constantly standing in my corridor and talking loudly in the middle of the night - not a great experience either.

Overall pricing was good.

The Restaurant AC was not cooling enough. Often I had to step out to breath cool air. The printer was not working t the Billing Desk. I had to wait bit longer that expected for them resolve the issue. Over all OK OK experience.
