Lemon Tree Hotel, Delhi Airport

Not enough towels, breakfast buffet was not very good in comparison to other hotels we stayed in. Room price was very high.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The bathtub in the first room I stayed in was awful. Dirty and cracked and when I stepped into it, it sank as if the wood around it was rotten. However, when I brought it up, the hotel staff changed my room and the second room was completely fine.

Nice location and service

Listing is misleading and incorrect. Listing says it has airport drop but hotel says they don't have shuttle. I booked considering this has airport drop.

Staff gouged transportation costs to/fro airport. Being searched and scanning bags out of our sight was uncomfortable.

The location is exactly the same in booking.com, very close to airport, just 5~8 minutes drive to terminal 3 either using Uber or shuttle.The staff is friendly and manage to answer all my questions.

The room noise isolation is bad. I can heard the flowing water sounds, or people walking and talking outside the room really clearly, it affect my sleeping quality.The shower in the bathroom not able to switch properly, water coming up from both sides.

The room was clear and tidy with items logically laid out. The hotel is a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport which is good. Breakfast was provided but maintenance work was ongoing so had to eat in the adjacent hotel's Noodle Bar.

Breakfast choice was limited and only started at 07.00hrs. What was on display did not seem too appetizing although the coffee was good. Extensive maintenance works were ongoing which spoilt the ambience of the hotel.

Food was good, service was also nice. Felt that Room was little small compared to the charges.

Convenient and safe location near Delhi airport. As a single, female traveler, I felt safe taking the subway from the international airport terminal (one stop, 21 rupees) and then walking a short 5 minutes to the hotel after my flight arrived at 9:30 pm. Many restaurants with lots of security within walking distance.

I found it expensive for India. Check-in was slow.

The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean, and a great place to rest near the aiport. The restaurant food was delicious, including the buffets, and staff extremely attentive.

The service at front desk was slow checking in and checking out. Needs a bigger desk with more staff at busy times.

Staff was very attentive to details. A special gratitude extended to Mr.Rahul Asst.Manager at the Front Desk for making the stay extra comfortable by providing dinner complimentary. Food at the Citrus cafe was excellent and the manager with his staff kept attending to every guest and making the morning breakfast experience very nice. The hotel continues to be one of my most preferred locations to stay because of all the efforts staff put in.

I really liked the room and small details like not having plastic bottles but signature hotel bottles for water. The hotel food was tasty and felt safe to eat. I had a nice view from the window with a deep blue pool. The location is excellent - near the airport express metro line. I am not sure why, but I got some compliments from the hotel, like dinner. The staff tries to do a lot to make the stay comfortable. In general, I enjoyed the ease of the hotel - things were working well general, was a nice and convenient stay! :)

It was no use to try and communicate with the hotel via booking.com. Email worked. Some of the prices are not openly available, like that the taxi drive to the airport would cost ~800 rupees, if provided by the hotel (but I got it as a compliment eventually so did not pay for that). For me, the fragrance was quite strong in my room and in the lobby, so for the future I would try to ask for a fragrance free room. The stairs were available for staff only, which is a minus for me.

Everything was great. No complaints. Comfy, clean, convenient, convivial. I would totally go back. They comped both dinner and breakfast. My very quiet room overlooked the pool. I used the elliptical in the fitness room. They let me use the business center in the next-door Premier Lemon Tree after my 2pm checkout. I considered staying nearby in the $25 hotels outside Aerocity, and it was hard to pay $125 for a room in India. But the peace of mind ended up being worth it. Oh, and shout out to Chottu, in housekeeping, not just because he asked me to, but because my room was indeed spotless. Would totally go back.

Close to the airport, located in the Aerocity which is clean and modern. Staff is very polite and friendly. Better than the hotels around.

Smaller rooms, and some had very noisy ventilation systems.

For whatever reason, there are two Lemon Tree Properties in Aerocity, Lemon Tree Premier and Lemon Tree. Based on our prior experience at Lemon Tree Premier, I thought I was booking Lemon Tree Premier, but I had booked at Lemon Tree.The rooms were a little smaller than what I/we expected. But it was just one night stay before flying out of Delhi Airport, so it didnt matter.Staff was very friendly and helpful.I also accidentally found out that the room rate had dropped from when we booked originally.

I wish the rooms were a little larger.

Comfortable bed. Staff went above and beyond to secure transportation to the airport at 1AM and pack us breakfast. Oh they also checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.
