Skon Boutique by Orion Hotels

Nothing at all, very poor quality

Sorry to say very poor quality hotel.

First and foremost, the hotel room was nice and clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff clearly does a great job. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit; their hospitality really added a personal touch to the experience.

Payment: The hotel does not accept international credit cards. I had to find an alternative way to pay, so I recommend carrying enough local cash or having a local payment app ready.Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable during my stay. If you are traveling for work or need a steady connection for streaming, this might be a challenge.

This is a good hotel, Location was good, near to metro and central market sarojani market. Room and washroom is clean but need to improve of cleaning. All staffs are good and good behaviors. i will suggest to stay this is good hotels.

Well staffed, close to markets and transport links. Room comfortable, well presented. Buffet breakfast with multiple options and pleasant staff. Fresh omelette made when requested.Hotels advertised pictures were identical to the pics on Google earth. This was excellent as previous accommodation in Delhi didn’t resemble their advert.

Ongoing building works on other properties, not ideal, but didn’t affect our stay.

I love the cooperation of the staff. The size of the room was beyond expectations.

Food items are limited. The water heating unit needs to be improved.

Room was tiered and my son had mattress on the floor this was not good

The location is excellent. right on the ring road with seamless connectivity and nearby Lajpat nagar market to hangout. The room was quite big and clean. The toilet was superb. The housekeeping staff was prompt. One Mr. Chaudhary at the reception was nice fellow.

The entrance to the hotel is not good. The people at the reception were OK but not as warm and receptive as they were supposed to be. Even the waiter in the restaurant was not courteous enough. The food was good but there were lot of flies all around inside the restaurant. Their waiters and attendants were a bit callous in service.

The room and toilet was very clean. The location was very good. The Staff were polite and respectful.

Main entrance was restricted.
