The hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfast has great timings and is excellent. Staff is lovely and accommodating. Himanshu- the duty manager is exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond.Minusha ( Minasha??) in the dining hall was also excellent and thoughtful.The room was clean and comfortable.

If there is a wedding on , you hear the music. Must be on the opposite side of the wedding venue- that dulls the noise.

It was clean and in staff Mr Tilak was very helpful he didn’t let me move he was doing everything

The hotel is in a good location> The room is quite big enough for the stay But the room, door, carpet etc. were old and it need renovation The bathroom was clean, but water was leaking in the closet. The drainage of the shower is also not functioning properly. Overall, the bathroom needs thorough renovation

while we were arriving in the room we have seen used plates and cutleries with food left over was in front of two rooms in the passage which gave a bad smell and uncomfortable feeling. Cleaning staff and room service must be improved.

Spa manager was condescending. Room wasn’t cleaned everyday. Key card needs to be set every single day!

The entrance area was nice, but everything else was quite unexpected.

From start to finish, my hotel stay was a complete mess. Upon arrival, the reception informed me that the four rooms I had booked were not ready, forcing my guests to spend time at a nearby mall while we waited. Since I had booked through Booking.com, I was told that an additional bed would cost ₹1500 per room. After I complained about the delayed check-in, the manager agreed to provide an extra bed free of charge but only for two rooms.The toilets were dirty, the flushes didn’t work, and one of the bathroom lights was not functioning. I was shocked to see how filthy the main gate entrance and bathrooms were. With such poor maintenance and hygiene, I don’t understand how this property can even be classified as a 2-star hotel.

Great time park plaza hotel - remains one of our favourite Delhi hotels! We got a free room upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Anjali & preetiTilak bell boy is very hardworking and very good person smooth Check out taken by Harshit he is also very kind of person & Mr.himanshu duty manager He is very Attentive he suggest us the local market Nd malls About tourism places as well.

The breakfast was poor the quality of food is just bare minimum. The whole experience and hotel is just that bare minimum.

The odd staff member tries but overall the standard of this hotel is poor and is definately NOT VALUE FOR MONEY.The hotel is in the middle of nowhere there is nothing locally and the views are of the dump and just deserted land.

Wonderful 5 star with good restaurant, actually an oasis from hustle and bustle of the dirty city. Room was large and nicely decorated with modern bathroom and the bed was soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool however limited as it closes at 7:00 pm

Out of the hundred TV channels only one was in English. The location is not great about 15 miles from airport. I used a pre paid taxi sevice scam at the airport $2700 and it was old smelly cab. The traffic is terrible it took a hour to get to the hotelLater I find out a taxi should have been $700. We book Ubur to return to airport for $860 The whole area surrounding the hotel is a dump. And no facilities or restaurants. We tried to walk up the street but with a lot stray dogs lots of garbage making whole area seemed not safe It would have been nice if the pool was available after 7:00 pm They also have a gym but it need some improvement. They also have a stream sauna my favorite but it’s a extra $1500 per use I thought they could of included this as part of the cost of booking the room

Exceptionally trained staff! Very polite and helpful. Just the location from the airport is off putting but overall, it was relaxing ✅

The food had no taste. Tried multiple things during the breakfast but nothing was appealing. No proper telphonic network in the area. Calls were cut while speaking.

Rooms are quite old, breakfast is OK but very limited in continental options. There is a wedding hall opposite so it can get quite noisy at times. They do not have an alcohol license so you can only order to your room. In my case, only kingfisher ultra was available as beer.

The food in the restaurant was good. There was a pool

- over charged at dinner- over charged at the spa and the lady was on her phone while giving me a ‘head massage’ that was a weird head scratch - was advertised 20% for dinner for groups of 5+, but then was told we would only get 15% off because it actually had to be six people - alarm went off at 2am and tried to call reception to see what it was but all three phones in our room didn’t work - air conditioning was very smelly - in a loud area where big weddings happen and there is loud drumming all night

The location was not good , cleanliness was very bad, most of the carpets were really dirty, rooms were congested , and blankets were not clean . Old place where complete renovation is required. Looks like they are surviving because marriage halls around the location. Definitely not 3 star or 4 star , this is much below . It's not worth it for money.

The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.the hotel was modern, clean and secure.

The location is far away from the airport and most attractions. The streets are more littered than most parts of Delhi and there are few shops and restaurants nearby definitely not walkable.

The staff at the Hotel were amazing and catered to our every need, especially the staff at reception and at the restaurant. We were allowed an early check in without any fuss. I appreciated the fact that the price that we were quoted on Booking.com was exactly what we were asked to pay, without nonsense about hidden costs and additional charges which most hotels seem to capitilise on.

The location of the Hotel sadly lets it down, it is out of the way and will take at least an hour and a half to commute from almost anywhere in Delhi. There is in addition a wedding venue across the road, and on occasion the entrance to the hotel is blocked and the noise from the wedding festivities is disturbing. The view from the Hotel is disappointing and the Hotel is also old and dated.

The location was the only sad thing. Was difficult getting uber. Tuk tuks refused to go far. Tourist attractions were far from hotel. Only a small mall nearby which helped a little.

The Food Was Amazing, Also the Rooms are Clean. Hotel staff is Very Welcoming.

Great value for money hotel for travellers from abroad Delhi has poor air quality as it is, i would highly suggest the rooms have better airflow system put in As the mold in the rooms speak volumes

Arrangement and presentation if room could be better considering the charges. Also breakfast should be included as already room was overpriced considering the presentation
