Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar

Water issues persisted and were not pre informed till checkin time. Muddy and smelly water in shower till 2-3 hours ater promised 8pm water availability. Very unhygienic experience and we were lucky that we didn't shower at 8pm, but checked water quality

The staff was friendly. The ambience of the hotel overall was nice

Food taste was average. Radisson is a brand with which you associate flavour, taste, presentation, and freshness. Flavour was missing

Beds are not comfortable & food is very costly.Room service is very much time taking..

The property literally stank on all floors. It felt like a place where people just smoke on the floors and an epicenter of prostitution. I stayed on a weekday and observed this. I wonder what it would be like on a weekend.

shower towels are not good quality, no tissue papers in the roomno cleanliness . dust been never been empty no writting pad or pen in the table

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER

I live by Dr Seuss — “If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” So for the first couple of days of my stay here, I stayed silent, hoping things would get better.But this experience has left me so shaken and disheartened that I have no choice but to speak up.I have stayed for long periods in 3-star and 5-star hotels, but never have I ever encountered service this poor.I am in a “Business Class” room. Let me assure you — there is nothing remotely “classy” about it.My clothes gathered dust inside the cupboard. After “cleaning,” my old contact lens was still lying on the floor — a clear sign of how little attention or actual cleaning was done.Then come the basic amenities, which I should never have to fight for in any hotel, let alone a Radisson.I had to call four times just to get a bottle of water, and even then they would only send one. Why should I have to justify my need for water in a hotel of this standard?Towels, toilet paper, tissues, cutlery — everything required MULTIPLE calls and hours of waiting. They didn’t even bother placing the toilet roll on the holder; it was just left on the counter for me to fix myself.Room service?I had to request plates and glasses two hours in advance and then call repeatedly to actually receive them. Even after leaving used dishes outside, they remained untouched in the corridor for half a day.Two days ago, I went to the concierge and very politely asked why even the most basic requests were not being fulfilled. I was told they were sorry and that it would never happen again — they gave me their “word.”As I write this, it has been two hours (and three calls) since I requested water bottles and towels, because someone will be arriving early morning to get me ready for a function — and I already know in the morning I’ll be denied anything at such an early hour.Instead of resting before my big day, I am running after hotel staff for basic necessities.

1-To start with parking,there is ample space but you will be told that parking slot for you car is not guaranteed and when you give your car for valet parking you car will surely have a scratch or a bump which is what happened with me.I specifically told the parking guy that park in a safe spot and please be careful with the car as it is scratch less and I do care for my car a lot.So I guess ignoring is the name of the game2-The room- I checked in and bla bla paid in cash and an upfront charge of 9000 extra was demanded for in room dining for two days for two people which I did not understand why as everything else could have been settled during check out.So me and my father we stayed in a twin bed room which smelled like feet and the taps we so dirty that my mood went haywire.What more should I say that we were short a glass and there was no hand towel in the washroom.3-The Food- The taste was great to begin with but deal breaker was the quantity and the price.i have attached a pic of the food we ordered.The chicken we ordered was a full one and we got 4 pieces of it which were the size of my thumb and full of bones and the quantity of dal makhani was like it was barely there in the dish and please note that both dal makhani and chicken gravy are of the same price which is 1025 rupees.Then on the second night we called the chef and explained him everything he was very reassuring and sent us peanut masala complimentary and told us that the quantity issue will be resolved and which he did but the peanut masala that he sent us was very bitter,so much that we sent it back.What i want to say is that we need value for our money spent and Radisson Blu should not have quantity issues and things on the menu should be worth the amount that you guys have decided to charge for it.The rooms too feel like they are just standard rooms as any other hotel but why so overpriced I did not understand.

Well as the brand name Radisson Blu it has lived up to his mark loved every thing rooms are very spacious and very clean and cozy ,staff is very great helped in smooth check in and check out both Kashish &Payal ,would recommend to stay as I always have done few times ....

Staffs are not co-operate. Just to extend the stay for 1-2 hours, they have charged a full day rental...

Bathroom can be more larger in area and also food was okay.... I ordered uttapam and sambhar was not good at all.Also please checkout for room lights before aligning the room to the customers....

Everything is good actually. It was a comfortable stay. I enjoyed my food. The F&B and other facilities and their staff is really nice except for the front office.

The Front office team. The guys at the reception, the duty manager nobody is welcoming at all. Please be ready to be ignored or to not get a welcome from the reception team if you are visiting at the hotel. Pass that and you're good to go. I happened to speak with AM FO and I found him to be very polite and professional but not the people at reception so be prepared for it. All the best ?

The facility overall had a good vibe when it came to layout and aesthetics.

The staff was super polite and friendly and also at times super blunt and ignorant. The biggest let down were the mosquitoes that greeted us at the entrance every evening/night and also in the lobby and rooms.

High price for an average stay

Not clean and basic ammenities were missing. I specifically asked for non smoking room which was confirmed at the desk however the room was stinking of smoke.

Location was very convenient for me.

Facilities were bad tv in our room wasn't working and my wife must have called them at least three times but no one was sent to resolve the problem. This hotel definitely needs refurbishment.

Very clean and hygienic. Bed linen changed daily. Spacious desks, bed, wardrobes , electric kettle n tea making were excellent ..

Mosquito infestation. Scary. Washrooms have fungus on the shower curtain and shower screen next to the glass window

The property was so bad, first they took almost one hour to check us in, then after check-in the towels were used, the washroom was not clean and used toilet rolls were kept from last stay. The carpet was smelly and dirty, after pointing all that out the Manager said “Will give the feedback to the team”. (Although they helped me with medication as my fiance was unwell, thanks and I really appreciate that.)
