Room walls coverings looked old and showed damage and crude repairs. Shower Faucet was barely functional. Door was thin and loosely fitted. Hotel was extremely noisy.

Had no hot water. Had to change rooms due to noise issues. Once room change aircon temp could not be changed. Slept in very hot room

The hotel so far so good. Clean and 15mins from the airport without traffic. The staff is good and the room is quiet big.

Sooo traffic outside the area and far from new delhi around 45 mins drive. My bed is very noisy every time i move. The water pressure was soooooo sooo slow. I hve speak the reception guy to send and check but nothing happened so i dont mind if no one check. Then i decided to use the bucket

Floors in room not properly cleaned. Toilet too low and leaks. Water pressure on shower low. Room not sound proof - can hear the talking and noise of the staff in the corridors.

The communication service was top-notch, making it easy for me to address any concerns or needs. The food here is both delicious and of great quality, which added a special touch to my stay.The staff, especially those at the information desk, were incredibly helpful. They not only supported me throughout my stay but also suggested convenient services like booking a cab when needed, making my travel easier.One of the highlights of my stay was the high level of security. Even though I stayed alone, I never felt unsafe, thanks to their excellent security system. There was not good quality soap available in the bathroom and the refrigerator wasn’t working.

The rooms are very neat and clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. A very quiet hotel so I slept well. Hotel taxi was overpriced, so I arranged my own taxi to Kashmiri Gate. I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was disappointing. Just juice, cereal (inedible cornflakes), tea and parata (tasted stale), toast with butter and jam.No masala dosa, idli or anything hot.

Included buffet breakfast was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant was also great. No need to go out as all was available at the hotel.

Only 2 small bottles of water provided for 2 people therefore not enough for many cups of tea

Room hygiene. Full of cigarette smoke smell and any attempts to get rid of it was not worth it. Should not have given such a room to family with small kid

Fantastic restaurant; polite front desk, but not all were helpful and did not come across as honest.

1) we stayed two different times. First visit bedroom had black mold in walls. Second time hotel had given our rooms to another party, and allegedly “upgraded” us from 2 twins to 1 king next to very noisy kitchen.2) price charts was not changed even though 3 rooms provided were not what we ordered 3) we stayed 3 days and daily cleaning was not auto-provided - we had to request4) airport taxi driver had trouble finding the location.5) hotel sent numerous messages asking for prepayment - different from how it is promoted on booking.com and lots of time and phone calls were made to try to obtain clarification.

SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

They mistook my booking and thought I was arriving the day before my actual arrival. I let tem know the mistake and they stopped answering me. I got my Indian friend to call them and every time he could ask for "the Spanish booking" they hung up the phone. I had to find a new hotel last minute and they didn't cancel my reservation so they CHARGED ME for a room they didn't provide. Please stay away from this SCAM

Great staff! Very attentive. Nice hotel for a layover. The rooms are not as nice as in the pictures. But overall great experience. Thank you!

Comparing to the most of the very cheap but total fake (!) hotels in Delhi it was a good pick. Room was all in all OK. Hotel has its own private taxi; airport ride was for low price (700 INR).

Still overpriced (just like every accomodation in the city). Traffic noise can be heard through the window. At payment the receptionist said that cash preferd, becasue credit card payment doesn't really work properly. Well... it worked without any problem when I insisted. Weird... or tricky!?

Room smells like someone just had smoke in there. I paid for deluxe room but the room I was given wasn’t even standard. When I went for breakfast it was all cold I was there at 9:15 I asked restaurant staff and they were like we started at 7 so it got cold now but the timing for the breakfast was from 7am to 10pm. Hotel was very noisy it wasn’t sound proof at all It was terrible.
