- The bed sheets were all old, no toilet paper, no windows, a window into ventilation, no sound isolation (I could here not only the neighbours, but the reception also)
- They flatly refused to honor the rate you gave me of 1500 rupees. They are a bunch of crooks. Awful place. Will never go there again. They charged me 2550 rupees instead of the rate you gave me. Just crooks and will never make this mistake again of going there.
- The location on Google is not correct.. It’s located on the main road and not in the lane google takes you to.Also can do better in terms of cleanliness.

They did not provide any drinking water. Morning tea/coffee not available. The hotel must provide an electric kettle also for winter.

Dear personnel, if u want to be better in your business, please, just clean rooms very properly, and use new or about new bed close and towels. U have nice place, just keep it clean and working proper.
An avarage budget hotel, best part only is, it is offering early check in to customers.
Hotel should work on facilites, cleanness, basic infra at rooms, it was not upto mark of even budget hotels.
