Hotel Neu Villa New Delhi

One of the receptionists spoke english very well which was good. They had a helpful money-change.

There were building-works going on during my stay which meant someone was hammering on the lower floor all day.The staff were always demanding tips which was a pain.

Dirty and overpriced

Pubic hair on the bed. Bedsheets and pillow cover not washed properly. They didn't change the bedsheet after the previous guest checked out.

I was spend 4 nights in this hotel,the staff was very friendly and helpful.Satisfied with their service and the room was same as I expected.Highly recommend ?

The hotel is okey for the price you pay.Walkable from the metro station.

The street where the hotel is located and the neighbouring streets are quite dirty.

Everything was good from staff behaviour to checkin and check out process.

Just the bathroom had bad smell

No cleaning in between and room was not very clean when we entered. Soap bar and open shampoo package from other guests on the sink.

The bed was dirty and not changed, there were some insects near the bed in the room.

The room was untidy, the floor was dirty and littered. The bed was dirty and not changed, when we told them it was dirty, they started to change it. There were some insects in the room by the bed. We did not stay here and moved to another hotel.

No stay

AC was not working properly. The washroom was not cleaned, and there was a drainage issue. Also, when we asked to change rooms, they said this is the best room in the hotel.

Location is very close to RK ashram metro. Locality is good. Better than Aarakashan road.Room was spacious (had booked tripple room)Hotel is purely for stay. Then dont have anything else. Food, laundry etc is all outsourced

Food comes from outside so payment has to be done then and there. It has to be cash so most time staff does not have change and you have to leave 10-20 rs

Staff was excellent and very supportive

It was not clean there was work going on in the downstairs as well as opposite to one of our rooms

Spacious room, friendly and cooperative receptionist, clean and tidy room and washroom

Bed was not comfortable, centralised AC and Geyser, inhouse kitchen & cutliary not available to heat or serve food. TV not working properly

Staff are wonderful! Kind, friendly, and nothing is too much trouble.

Paharganj is super convenient but it is a bit noisy. That said, our room was pretty quiet, even with the remodeling project the hotel is doing now.

Afsana was super helpful and very welcoming.The location is center so easy to get around. Room was clean and had what I need for the price.

Staff was good and polite

When spoke over phone prior to confirming the booking I informed as I'll be Checking-in by 11 PM and checkout by 5 PM next evening and got confirmation from the one whom spoke as they will not charge anything extra since I am checking out before 24 hours. But they insisted me to pay half rent extra even though I checked out by 3 PM saying they are just staff and cannot help.

The Owner was very kind and co operative.

There are too late to check in due to not arranged my room till 7.30PM, but I reached there about 10AM.

The Television was not working my whole stay, Intercom was not functioning.

Very helpful staff here, any foreigner can come here and stay peacefully as a solo traveller I really recommend this place and the room is very clean and really comfortable to stay.

The place was awesome! The food was bomb and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
