Nothing much just that the price was cheaper than the rest

The towels had dirty stains on it and hence I had to order a new towel by myself .. In the bathroom there was no shower curtain which made the entire bathroom wet when u shower .. the side table was broken .. there were no adaptors .. bedsheets were also very dirty .. Too much noise at all times one cannot sleep peacefully .. the door lock was all an issue they had to come n fix it very frequently n had to most of the times use their master key to open it .. they should have cutlery available even after the kitchen closes as Atleast if someone wanted to order food they have a set of cutlery n plates ..

There is nothing to like except this was the only well rated hotel near the place I wanted to visit.

Unclean room, dirty linens and towels.They don’t provide water unless asked for.No lockers, which means you can’t leave the keys with the staff. And the staff doesn’t clean the room if you don’t hand them the keys.The bathroom layout is in a way that the shower water spreads across.Not so friendly staff. Also, when asked for UPI payment they shared some UPI barcode which was linked to a personal account and not to a company.All fixtures and furniture were damaged, stains on the floor, no control for the fan and the mattress was hard.There were some guests (some men) who slept with their room open, definitely making women guests feel uncomfortable and unsafe.Even though the hotel was not busy, they charged for late checkout.

Hotel location is peaceful and the security guard on duty was very helpful.

Drinking water only provided when we asked . Only one time they given one bottle after we are asked. No cleaning facility has provided in our four night stay. Also bathroom has not cleaned. Not provided a single glass, plate and spoon also. Bed sheet has not changed still our stay. Not recommended for further stay. No pick and drop facilities provided.

Bad time

1. Not provided any Soap or liquid hand cleaner in washroom.. I was call the receptionist after that they hadn't respond that's why i checkout the hotel before the time2. Bed sheet is dirty and too much bad spots/ Stain3. AC was make a noise too much and also was not cooling as aspect.4. Hotel cleaning is not goodHotel kitchen staff is co-operative

Please improve your hotel regarding cleanliness and good enviroment.

. Poor facilities.Wifi not working. The staff must be wear proper uniform .Toilet is dirty. Receptionist not accommodating. No sleepers for the guest. No available iron. Smell inside the room not good and also in the toilet. No toiletries inside my room. Pillow is untidy and bed sheet. Socket not function . The room untidy

Breakfast was very good, i like the food quality and as i am in rush for my meeting, so i request hotel staff to get me the breakfast before their standard time and they did which is a big thumbs up for me

Room size is okay

No hot water, no daily room cleaningArranging facilities is too late.Charged extra money for early check-in and no bill for that.

Hotel staff says booking. Customer we are providing Fourth flour.. there staff s sound are very high.. that s why..I couldn't sleep... ..

It was a excellent experience. I think it's a good decision to stay in hotel royal saffron..services is good .i like the taste of food

Location

There was no proper arrangement in the room. ACs were not working, had to ask for towel, and other basic stuffs. Even bedsheets were not clean. Windows could not be closed.

The hotel looks good from the outside and is also located within a walking distance of two metro stations. Also having some convenient stores nearby so you can get whatever you want.

The room was not cleaned, and the blanket was having bad looking spots. When I asked the room staff told me these are the marks of chemicals used for laundry. The room I got was not having good ventilation.The most frustrating thing was the support staff, you have to call them at least 4-5 times to get the service done. In my case, I asked a person and after sometime when no one was coming for a service request, I went downstairs and person-in-charge was watching his mobile. When I ask about him my request, he told me that he already assigned the task to another person who in not on duty.

Location is good

Staff wasn't supportive. Room are not that nice according to the price.

Behaviour of staff .... Late services ... If you don't have food in kitchen than why you take orders and after an hour or two you cancelled the order with giving excuses... And another thing if any guest stays at hotel there is possibility that they might have some of their guest and your's staff stop them to Come at room with giving shameful reasons you guys pretending to be a most comfortable room and hotel but the fact is that you are the most pathetic worst Hotel i have ever seen in my life .and one most important part is cleaness of room is so bad I told house keeping several time please change bedsheets it's not looks clean the guy in house keeping told me sir it's chemical particles on bedsheets

Indecent staff, only youtube is working on the tv, leakage problem in the bathroom, Inhuman nature of the staff.. Worst experience ever.

No facility. Faced multiple issue during my stayNo soap was provided at the time of Stay.Every time we have to remind to clean the washroom bed sheets.Initially dirty bed sheets was provided we had requested to change.No water bottles provided.Services are horrible

Property is fairly new but badly managed

No clean room. Bedsheets, pillows and everything had stains on them when asked to change them the replacement was even dirtier. You can expect such a bed sheet if you're staying at 400 ₹per day but it shouldn't be at 2000 ₹room. Never visiting again.

No amenties. Staff not Responsive. Rooms were small.
