It's value for money with basic... although some of facilities were not good....but it's manageable

Location is very near to Karol Bagh Metro station, walking distance ? in middle of Karol bagh market, many food options nearby, overall excellent ?

Only interesting feature of the hotel is it's location: close to Karol Bagh market and shops if you're into shopping. I would have put a 5+ for location if the accessibility via taxia (Uber, Ola,...) were easier. Desk manager was quite helpful and understanding on the issues we encountered.

The pictures advertised do not reflect the current situation of the hotel at all which, by the way, seriously needs a good revamp and maintenance. The rooms were quite dirty (full of dust) when we checked in and the bathroom very old, scratched and not functioning very well. We were supposed to stay a week but checked out the next day !

The breakfast and the location of the hotel is really good. The only issue I had was the size of my room was small for a family of 3.

Everything. One of the worst experience. And moreover my parents were staying who r a little elderly. First of all they provided the most dirty and corner room to them. After that they say no rooms r available whereas in website and booking.com we could find 2 rooms available. After that when asked to change the room, they did not and in order to change, they had to pay 600inr extra.

Only the location is best

Very very small room ,no windows and not a single ventilation in the room , network is worst very bad experience till now ,room no 104 don't take even for free also , waste off money , think so ,i request to mention this like with windows or with out windows etc ,saty for 4 days daily need to come down and speak ,worst experience , i request for other room but the management said not available u can see another hotel , worst experience un this room may be other rooms may be better and very small and congested rooms ,but don't go for 104 room ever

Poor breakfast...for rs 250 they serve 4 pies puri n bhaji n a cip of tea...thats very expensive.

I had booked executive club room for my parents (60+) because it was big in size but they were given room at the third floor which was very very poor, with damp walls n ceiling and dirty smell, impossible to stay. Then they gave them another smalll room in first floor and charged for the big room. The rooms are nothing close to as shown in pictures. Pathetic experience. Very disappointed

Everything. Be it staff, be it the room.. nothing is goodWe had the hotel arrange for airport drop. We needed to leave by 3am. The taxi they arranged came by 3.40am. thats the level of service they have.The rooms are small. Not comfy at all. Don't even have amenities in bathroom. We paid around 3.9k per day per room. And for the same rate I can find a better hotel else where. Should have done it before. Saying it now is of no use. Atleast others who are booking this hotel plz don't make same mistake as meAlso there is no restaurant . Please note.

Mr khan at the front desk was most gentle and kind from check in to last day. Good customer service

The hotel is good on the overall. . just a little hot water problem at night which can be solved.

Amazing stay from the front desk to the staff very courteous. Never expected to receive such type of treatment. Just amazing. Excellent place to stay with family
