They don't know anything, they don't know how to pay by card, they don't know where the metro is and how to use it, they wanted to charge me extra money for breakfast, even though it was included in the price, and they couldn't figure it out. It says that breakfast starts at seven in the morning, but in fact not before eight.The hotel is filthy. There are stains, hair, dirt everywhere.
