Park Plaza Faridabad Hotel

The hotel staff did not have the courtesy to tell me that the breakfast was not included when I checked in. Two days later they told me when I was actually at the breakfast table with my family. The situation was so embarrassing and unprofessional.

Very helpful staff, very neat and clean facility, good breakfast with plenty of choices, dinner buffet with many choices

The breakfast was good. However, there was not much variety in the menu. The live dosa and omlette station was a good attraction. Staff at the reception and the Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The area seemed to be safe. A market was nearby.

Even though the water was salty, swimming pool was closed, flooded the area around the hotel with slightest rain , I enjoyed the stay . Purely because of the hospitality accorded by some real friendly people in the restaurant area …I think one name that stood out was Akshay

Worst staff , at the reception, rude , I had booked for 3 night's, 18th march 2025 to 21st march 2025 but completed my work on 20th march 2025. Denied my refund for one night

Property/Room amenities are very very old & cigarette smoke smell in most rooms.It should be two star or less ..

Got a call from them asking what time I want to check in , I said 2:30pm and they said they will keep the room prepared. Reached at 2:20pm had to wait for 1 hr plus to get the room. Reached the room and it was still getting clean. Ordered water from room service, received it after 40 mins. This was my second stay and last time also the same thing happened.

Very friendly staff. Particularly Dayanand, Sheelesh, Sameera and Preeti in the restaurant are very attentive and prompt. 10/10.

Direct booking with the hotel is far more expensive than on App.

Just the brand name

Almost everything. Room was smelly. AC was not working. Refrigerator was not working. Bathroom didn't have body wash prefilled. TV was not upto the standards. They even were charging for Cutlery, I mean just Cutlery. I asked for chilled water but they didn't have. I mean OYO rooms are better value for money if I got this fir more than 8k in the name of premium 5 star property.

Stain marks in the washroom and bathtub, window panes not clean, packaged drinking water was only available on request… needs to be worked on. Breakfast platter was very basic and in room dining was pathetic.

only slice breads were available, it would have been great if you had more variety of breads for breakfast

Condition of the mattress was too bad and the water quality is quite hard, and we can't gulp rinse from it.
