Hotel Mother Palace

excellent location. excellent maintenance. friendly staff.

all okay

Size of room is big, budget friendly

Toilet and room should be more clean as well as reception area was also too dirty. Way to reach hotel is dirty and bad smell of garbage Although i recommend if you looking for just pass one night with affordable price

Everything. Right from pickup from Raliway station, local sight seeing, Homely food by Chechi, Host Veda, saradhi Lala all including their pet Dog "Luca".. It was an amazing stay ❤️

Small but clean rooms. Value for money, walking distance from NDLS rly stn.

Hotel entrance is very narrow No cabs did not come near hotel.

Hotel location is good .

The reception open 24/7 which was great in my case as I have reached there very early morning. Upon request they provided the rooms and allowed early check in as usually check in time is 12pm. Staffs were very good and supportive they even booked taxi for airport.

Outside road is more chaotic and it’s quite normal for Paharganj location.

Location near some good rooftop restaurants. Stuff is helpful. Bed sheets and towels were clean.

For such a price, I expected better conditions. You have to wait 30 minutes for hot water. Furniture isn't clean.

much better than last time. manager was polite and helpful. taxi came at time. No smell. for indian standarts is very clean.

Everything was very good. Nice, quiet location, very helpful staff.

Not easy to walk to the room on the highest floor.

Service staff and front desk officer's good conduct.Cleanliness.Comfortable bed and washroom.

late night and early morning chaos outside

Nice and clean in a good location. Pretty quiet for Delhi. The manager was very lovely and helpful. The room small but I managed to spread my yoga mat. I enjoyed my night in Delhi.

Good location, quiet and nice staff

I liked this little hotel with superfriendly staff very much - parisian feeling in New Delhi :)

Staff is good, service good, location good, nice and quiet palace,

the owner was very nice. he helped me with everything i needed. the wifi was super fast, they have it on each floor i guess. the room had fan and ac.

although the room was clean, the bathroom may not be in best condition. also the main disadvantage is that there were cockroaches in my room. be careful as they can travel with you to your next destination lol. maybe id also not suggest to eat anything from this particular place.

Not as dirty as other hotels in same area. Cockroaches were roaming around the room anyway

1.First time I came they gave me toilet paper. 2 times after - no. I should do what at 2am in the morning with no toilet paper? Customer care is very low. But don't expect different in india. 2. Three times I asked to bring me drinking water, 2 times brought me something different (I asked in English and Hindi, so no language problem).3. I ordered taxi to the airport and taxi didn't come! Be careful you can miss your flight because of irresponsible stuff. They found another car after 15 min, but I didn't know it's another driver, so I talked tough with him. He stopped the car and tell me go out. Only after long drama things were clarified. Stuff didn't care about customers. They didn't inform that it's another taxi driver and car, they put it like taxi finally came you can go.

The location was great, right on the main bazaar. The room had everything you needed (aircon, hot shower, room service which was delicious) but I’d say it could be cleaner. The bathroom needed some bleach and the bed covers were a bit old. Overall good for the price!

Cleanliness, Comfort, management.

I really liked it. I felt at home. Clean, calm and quiet. I’ll be back here again.

The bed was comfortable, shower always had hot water and free toiletries provided. Hotel let us check in really late after our flight. Staff friendly and helped us set up sim card.

We arranged taxi from airport through hotel but driver tried to get extra cash out of us before we entered the hotel.
