While traveling to Delhi I always choose Sunder Nagar location, it's not my first stay at Ahuja Residency and since it's now the only one hotel in Sunder Nagar that meets my expectations- I will choose it again. Yet, the price seems to be a bit exaggerated, all I didn't like was size of the room- definitely too small. Except that- no complaints, helpful staff, good breakfast.

Location. To have a good meal we had to travel a lot

It’s a hotel. It’s comfortable but nothing remarkable or memorable. A good safe reliable place to stay in Delhi that is near to the Kahn market

Pleasant Welcome at the reception, quick Check-in & Check out, Good food, Children were extremely happy with the ambience, helpful staff and prompt service, everything was nice.

Some noise relating to Generator or some Pumping in the surrounding , was disturbing. may be due to proximity of our room No. 304, not sure. Overall everything was quite comfortable.

Rooms were decently sized and provided a comfortable bed to stay in Delhi. Breakfast was also good and reliable.

There was no hot water and there was hair on the ground of the bathroom when we first entered the room. We stayed a total of 5 nights. Water was only lukewarm but still came out of the shower shivering cold. Brought it up to the front desk staff after the first night and second night and nothing was done. The third night, they finally came to check the room and adjusted something so the water was hot. The last day, there wasn’t even lukewarm water and they had to bring a large bucket of hot water to bathe ourselves with.We also had laundry services done by the hotel. We saw our finished laundry bag sitting on the front desk when we came in so we thought to just grab it and bring it up with us. The front desk instructed us specifically not to touch it and someone would bring it up for us. Someone comes up a few mins later with our laundry and was lingering around the room until we provided a tip. I understand the tipping culture and will provide a tip where warranted, but this tip was completely unnecessary given that we were specifically told not to take the laundry up ourselves when it was conveniently sitting at the front desk.

It's basically a modified guest house/lodge...no parking facility no club or play area...even no space to accommodate chauffer too

The property location was great for us as it was out of the chaos of old Delhi but close enough for a tuktuk/cab to get to the main sites at low cost. These were easy to come by on the road. The room was comfortable and clean and had working air con. All the staff were exceptional and they let us use the terrace whilst we waited for a late train.

The air con leaked slightly and the room refrigerator made a great deal of noise whilst not getting cold.

All the staff were exceptionally polite and professional. They were attentive and focused on providing a great service and experience. The location was perfect, easily accessible, in a quieter area of Delhi. The surrounding gardens are lovely and either the foyer or rooftop terrace are perfect places to sit and read the morning paper which is provided. The food selection on level 4 was very good, catering to international guests. The room was clean, well equipped, with a comfortable bed, and AC and fan if required. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was clean and well managed.

The management can certainly improve on the breakfast. As it stands, its very limited. If visiting for business, the location and the basic amenities at offer is decent. However, for guest staying with family there is not much to do for instance a lawn or an open areas to sit and dine, a bar or restaurant would be nice. Even the cable at offer is limited to 3 or four channels.

Still, the cleanliness- in my case of bedding- needs to be carefully checked! My pillow was not dirty, it was filthy! .... and covered with fresh casing.....

Reception staff were polite competent and patient. They dealt quickly with any questions we had.

Location is great. Room didn’t have any windows that caould open, could feel a little claustrophobic at times

Ceiling was too low, felt like I had been allocated one of the bad rooms since I was staying only for one night

The hotel is very well placed in the heart of Delhi.Calm and quiet.Breakfast is fantastic with original flavor.The personals were very kind and thoroughly professional.

It needs to be more neat and clean. Keeping in mind the money you spend it is not up to the mark.Specially the toilet was not at all proper and the window curtains need to be fixed well.

The service and attention to detail by the staff. Everyone was very polite and professional. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Paramjeet Kaur and her male colleague at the reception, as well as the service staff were all superb.
