The Ashtan Sarovar Portico Delhi

Good location, very polite staff, and nice breakfast,

Room key has to be reactivate every day many times.

The atrium and reception area were beautifully styled. The room was well appointed. The water pressure was excellent. The pillows were comfortable and the breakfast, oh the breakfast!! Delicious!

Good location, easy access from the road to come and go with taxis/ autos. Walking distance to Greenpark market with many stores and close to dear park as well. Good size rooms and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very big and spacious. Very clean.

A little too expensive.

Suitable location for green park metro and other eateries and bars etc. Veru friendly staff from reception to housekeeping Particularly MOHAN PRATIHARI from house keeping. He was very attentive and credit to the Hotel.Very quiet at night and during the day despite a major road in close proximity it is a very nice hotel small but that adds to the personal touch of all the staff. Y

Horrible

It was a disaster for me.Travelling as a solo biz traveller, the staff gave me a 1st floor room overlooking the road, which had shanties & the smaller bidi shops. The thought of not even being able to keep the curtains open was extremely claustrophobic. Though I had paid for 2 nights,I moved out within 2 hours. Even the approach to the hotel was not upto the mark. The car had to be parked at some distnce from the lobby & there was no one to even guide which way the reception was + nobody came to even take the luggage.Overall, as a Sarovar property, i give it a complete thumbs down. Regret choosing to stay there

Breakfast my most important meal was excellent. The staff very helpful & courteous. Room was clean tough a bit small as was the bathroom but functional

Clean rooms and hotel

Very small rooms and washroom not much space

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful always smiling

Room is a bit small. Location is not super

I am so thankful that I was given an early check-in after an overnight flight. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. Overall the service is very good.

There were no slippers provided in the room. I guess it is provided on demand.

Great location, lovely helpful staffClean modern well equipped room

Room was clean and spacious, the bathroom fittings and amenities were high quality, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was reasonable and tasty, the staff are very attentive and sweet and responsive to your needs, I really liked the fact that they don't use plastic bottles.

My sheets smelt a bit of detergent or bleach, which gave me a headache. But it was a minor complaint. The sheets, pillowcases and bed spread were spotlessly clean.

It was smooth to check-in, etc. The staff was co-operative.

Rooms were a little too compact.

Staff was friendly, good breakfast, good dinner, rooms were clean

Breakfast could have been better with better preparation in south Indian dishes.

The staff, location and the cafeteria

The size of the room- manageable, however would have expected slightly larger

Breakfast- Live preparations were quick. Room- It was clean

Location- since it is located not on the mainroad, cab drivers are asking to come to the main road, which makes it difficult with luggage. Room- was very clean but lacked natural light. When asked for the pedestal fan the management refused.

Room was very good and bed was super comfortable. Toilets were good thought the fittings were a bit dated / old. TV was really good sized and very modern with lots of channels

nothing was really bad about the place, but rooms had no windows was the only negative.

Good location next to metro, excellent restaurant and were accommodating changing one of my booking dates. Good secure on site parking if you have motorcycle, also suitable for cars. Staff were helpful and pleasant and would stay here again.

Breakfast should have been complimentary.

1.Price was on the higher side.2.Breastfast shoould have been complimentary3. more options could have been included in the breakfast

Great service , clean hotel , central location
