good location and nice vibes

probably looked a lot nicer 5 years ago, it's a little bit rougher than the immaculate pictures suggest

Very cute guesthouse in a vibrant area with lots of restos and cafes and a nice park for your morning run.

My room had no windows.

Misleading room description - Room is advertised as ‘Kingsize with garden view’. The view is onto a backyard to the side, the garden view is from communal areas onlyLovely communal balcony - sadly unusable from 1800-2030 as the caretakers / managers male friends use it to drink and smoke so not a pleasant setting especially for female travellers. The men drinking advise they are not staying at property, just friends, the manager says they are guests so not sure about setup but either way lovely communal area actually unusable

Location was good and overall pleasant vibe.

The shower did not drain well or have something to keep water in, so the whole bathroom would fill with water. Staff was a little hands off, but nice.

A beautiful house with all necessary facilities. Centrally located. Rooms tastefully done. The check in and checkout process was easy, and staff were well informed and helpful

Right in the heart of the village. Good sized room and en suite bathroom. Perfect for a couple of days. Great view of the lake from the outside balcony. Very functional. Local day manager very helpful. Don’t expect to meet fellow travellers. Purely a place to sleep. Lots of choice to eat outside at local places. Value for money. Safe for a solo traveller.

Tricky to find due to numbering system in village, Google Maps had problems with exact location.

The location.

There are 2-3 caretakers and the common space and kitchen was mostly occupied by them. Room - it was small which is not that big a problem but the room didn't have any closet or almirah. Just a rod with a few hangers.

Secluded place. Offers great views of Deer park lake and greenery

Entrance through HK Village is very crowded and rowdy

The location is great and the balcony is really really nice!

The room did not look as it should according to the pictures. The kitchen was dirty.

Room was very small....very hot during the day....AC was not working....no privacyI was calling the property before the booking date but they didn't respond Price was too high and facilities were zero

The location offered a lovely view of Hauz Khas Village.

Accessing transport (cars and auto-rickshaws) required a bit of a walk from the location.

Great location, beautiful accommodation, clean, comfortable, shared kitchen, great view, nice lake and park around.

Clean and tidy room. Bathroom was also clean. Although it is right in the middle of hauz khas, the property was in a quite place.

Room was smaller than expected. No windows in the room or in the bathroom. Price is a bit on the higher side.

We had specified a check-in time between 10-11am, but upon our arrival at Vaara, we had to wait until 1pm before being provided with our room. It would have been more convenient for us if the booking had clearly stated the check-in time as 1pm. This unexpected delay caused us inconvenience.

The place it's very beautiful and confortable, the room was very beautiful. The location it's great and the staff it's very helpful.

it’s simply styled and in a wonderful location. clean, spacious rooms, looking out over haus khas.

it’s not so accessible if you have lots of luggage.

Breakfast was paid service. NO TELEVISION.. Got Bisleri after request or else they provide normal aquagaurd water.

The place is quite and comfortable.

Its not worth the amount they ask for and its sort of homestay and not hotel.
