I liked the staff and the room, and it is in an easy-to-shop and find-food area.

They can upgrade their room-service menu. Their tea and coffee were NOT very good. But the mixed pakhora, chicken curry, etc., were good.

Staff behaviour very presentable, very nice , washroom neat n clean , very nice n best property according to near by hotels .

Everything is very good, property maintained very nicely.

The people were very nice and helpful. There was plenty of hot water for a shower.

The street is noisy, and there is little to no sound proofing. It is basic accommodation, needs a deep clean and some renovation/repair work.

Clean, good amenities, spacious. The room I stayed in was well furnished, plumbing was modern and new. Overall very comfortable. I placed a few orders for food and Blinkit online and the staff were prompt in helping me coordinate and get it to my room. Wi-Fi was strong and the place has power backup as well. I stayed here as this locality is close to work, and compared to the Sheraton and Hilton options in the same vicinity this one was incredible value for money. While the entrance at the basement can seem shady at the first glance, it’s all uphill from here.

1. The location is not optimal if you need to travel frequently outside the property. The gully roads are extremely clogged by traffic, especially if you are travelling to the maidan Garhi side. I stayed here for 4-5 days and felt the inconvenience. I would not be staying here again if I am visiting with the intent of commuting outside the property even twice a day. 2. The property manager - the same person at the reception who does the billing could do with some hospitality training in his manner of speaking and tone, though he was helpful overall. Also noted this same feedback other reviewers have left here. The other staff are polite and helpful.

Food was good, room also was good.

Delay in the food service. And no food was available after 11:30pmm

The room was very clean and very comfortable in this serviced apartment residency. The bathroom was modern and clean and the water hot! There was a TV and it was the perfect place for a night before our flight back home. The neighbourhood was also good and very close to a super nice Nepalese little restaurant called Yes chef (the best momos ever!). The staff was also very kinds and super helpful and welcoming.

The breakfast was disappointing. It wasn’t very good (we received a bland and soggy egg sandwich) and not much was available. For the price paid it was average. In other places, for the same price point, we got a much better breakfast, more filling and yummy. Not a reason to not book here because the place is very clean and worth it, but at least you know not to expect anything crazy.

Clean, tidy room that is very big for one or two persons. Very professional and friendly staff.

There was no hotwater in my bathroom. But I did not need it so I never mentioned it. I think it could be easily fixed. So not a big thing.

Wonderful stay! Property was clean and spacious. Especially, I loved the lobby outside the rooms, nice place settle down for a coffee. Staff were also polite.I would like to mention the name of the receptionist "Wasim". He is so hospitable.

The price has gone up since the hotel first open. It is still a relatively good option for someone who can get around in India but might be difficult for a first time user of India public transport.

It seemed like only YouTube worked on the TV, but they said that was a temporary problems.

I’ve stayed at this place three times. Loved the professional behaviour of the staff. Rooms were extremely clean. Toiletries were never missed out.

The location might be a bit challenging for some but you get used to it.

It was quite a comfortable stay... The rooms are decent and clean. The food seemed safe and was delicious. My room was well ventilated, had hot water, AC, and all you could ask for. The staff is well behaved and cooperative.

The location is slightly off the main road but that hardly matters if you are travelling by car.

Bad customer service and robbed me of 400rs

I stayed here twice and the first time everything was fine because I didn’t need any extra services but this time I needed laundry done and they couldn’t have cared less and did nothing to make it happen. On top of that they charged me 400 rupees more than what it said on Booking, so be careful when coming here

If you don’t need any services it’s a good place to stay

If you need laundry or any kind of service, you’re better off avoiding this place. Staff is not ready to help you out in any way. I came here after a long backpacking trip to relax in comfort for a night and urgently needed to get my laundry done as I had nothing clean left, but all the guy said was “tomorrow 7:30-7:50 the laundry guy comes” so I called reception at 7:40 and they just said “haha laundry guy came 7:30 you’re too late try again tomorrow”. I said I’m leaving today and he said let me check and never called back. When I called again he just said no you have to wait until tomorrow. So now I’m going on my next trip with nothing to wear, thank you for absolutely nothing! I asked if I could at least check out 3 hours late so I can get my laundry done elsewhere but of course that wasn’t possible either. I’m usually a very understanding person and treat people with respect anywhere I go, but these people really had me messed up with their absolute indifference and unprofessional attitude

It is a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Hot water at any time. People a very helpful and friendly.Think this is one of the best place in Delhi.

Overall it was cost effective, clean property and close to the wedding location: We got three rooms and the rooms were clean. The security guard was very nice.

No hot water despite complaining. All three rooms had no hot water for three days and we had to shower in cold freezing water. They tried to fix it but nothing worked.When I raised this on the checkout, I felt the man at the reception was very defensive, almost making me feel that I am lying. Not the best way to deal with such situations, he could have just apologized and we would have been
