Conveniently located, offer a very comfortable home with an incredibly helpful staff. The general manager, Mr. Ranjan Verma is a person very empathetic.team-integrity test, please the customer, and overall great service.

It was the perfect location . Staff went over and above to ensure you had the perfect stay. Allowed us to leave our bags as we had a late flight (at no additional costs). Ensured we always had tons of water (even on our way home to the airport). Spoke to our taxi driver and made sure we had an excellent fare back to the airport. Always greeting us with a smile. Will definitely stay at this hotel again should we return to New Dehli!

The bed cab only accesed through one side (the other side is against the wall). The bathroom needs maintenance.

Rooms are very small but well organized

A/C has no heating option, it can be an issue in winter. Breakfast is very basic

Dirty, Smelly everywhere in the corridor. When I checked in to my room the room was not even clean enougn to stay. They didnt even vacumn the room. I am a very frequent traveller. Dont stay in this hotel. If you stay you will remember my review. Cant imagine that there was no internet connection in my room. Despite telling to the reception they didnt solve it in 4 days. I stayed 4 days in a hotel without internet at this era. BEWARE......

Only 2 doors down from Stunning Dentistry's old premises which is why I booked it

The restaurant. Breakfasts never changed & the dining area was bland, cold & boring. I only had one dinner there as I was the only diner

KITCHEN SERVICE:Poor kitchen service. One substitute staff had almost zero Food/drink knowledge/experience. Food was served on freezing cold crockery. Very very poor menu choice and missing items. One bedroom service order arrived in disgustingly dirty. Cloth and dish that we took to the executive hotel manager who thanked us. Managers are not proactively monitoring quality control in some important details.

Breakfast was not that special compared to the rest of the services in the hotel.The reception was on the first level. When we arrived at the hotel , we took the stairs as we didn't know where the elevator was.

Disappointing

bathrooms are very small and not clean and the hot water was also not coming properly and no proper shower , just the hand shower very unsatisfactory

The staff were all wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Especially Mohan and the doorman...they were both exceptional! There was a lot of choice for breakfast, with cereal and toast and a choice of eggs or an omelette, plus a range of Indian food and fruit.

The rooms could do with an update and are rather overpriced for the area.

Location was good and the bed was comfy with good sheets, but the condition of room was poor, and not maintained and dirty. The walls had material on them that looked filthy and should be replaced. Walls and ceilings were dirty. Windows were dirty. Positive was bathroom, which was clean and water pressure good.

They need to improve the ventilation in bathrooms or not use the plastic mats causes a real damp smell ,

The room was comfortable though it could have been bigger in size

The breakfast was the most disappointing part of the stay. there were very limited options and the food was not very great in terms of taste

There is no locking system for washroom door. it will remain open all the time. so you enter the room and you see the toilet with open door. and it will remain open throughout your stay. it can only be closed from inside. once you come out, you have to keep it open as you cannot lock it. very disappointing stay I had.

The staff was very helpful and available 24/7 , the location while far from center felt much cleaner than properties closer to the central part of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The power outlets didnt seem to work properly and at some point using 2 of them made the light in the entire room go out.

Location (close to M block market) and friendliness of staff; also safe for single female traveler

Piano music in corridors is a bit loud, but they turn it off around 9 PM. AC could me more silent, but at least it is strong enough to beat the Delhi heat!
