After my complaint, they changed my room. But unfortunately the same sistution was there related to Bed Sheet, Pillow Covers and Quilt Cover. They changed after my objection.Overall our stay was disappointing and disgusting. I will never stay there and suggest to others also not to stay there.

Staff at reception was rude and doesn't accept the bookings from app, this happened in front of me as he denied a customer to extend the room and he allocated a room to me after few mins when i booked in app in from of him.Next day when i did the same by booking from app, he didnot accept it rather allocated room for people coming to check in.

my booking was 3x room but I got 2x room. already informed Booking.com customer care but no response from their side. 2nd breakfast was complementary but still they charge for me and I have the bill also No response from booking.com

It is nearby Airport , specially for air traveller, nearby all things available, ATM, CYBER CAFE, CAKE SHOP, etc, RT PCR Test arrangement by hotel on ur request at door step. Specially this pandemic time .Car are available day and night . Reception staff are very cooperative and helpful.I stay four or five time with family. Restaurant MOTI MAHAL attached with hotel , provide room service, and good food . Room service is good.
