Aura Hotel

Guests are not treated kindly here, this guy on duty at the counter at night is the worst.

Especially at night there is a man in charge of the counter whose behavior and attitude towards the guests is not helpful at all. This man on duty at night behaved badly with me. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The location is good. Near New Delhi Rail Station, and New Delhi metro station. And there's a market nearby, you can find foods there.

I booked a better room which has a bathtub. But the hot water isn't stable. Therefore, I didn't use the bathtub while I stay there.

I think the room is clean and facilities is good improve the room key.

I think if all the appliances is in good shape.

Very poor

The room was dirty and none of the linen had been washed. The room had not been cleaned, and they did not want to give us a refund. There was no toilet roll either.

Staff at reception were friendly and available 24hrs. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed.

We booked the premium room with bathtub but unfortunately it was not like the photos. The bathroom was very old and dirty, with a very small shower/tub and leaking toilet. The air conditioner turned on and off but didn't blow cold air and we had to call reception to get hot water turned on every time we wanted to shower. The biggest discomfort was probably the noise as we were on the 2nd floor, with windows to the street. I'd recommend staying in a room away from the street as the traffic noise didn't stop for most of the night. It was comfortable enough but definitely not to the described standard.

Location was very good.Near the train station and centre

Cleanliness ..dust … some signs telling you how to work hot cold water. We didn’t know how ihot water workedBreakfast could be more organised .wirh more food items out at the beginning of service

Not clean, very noising and not in a safe area. Bed was extremely hard and didn’t have clean linen.

The rooms are not as per the pics shown - many of the amenities are either broken or very old. Geyser took a long time to provide hot water.

The provided room was simple with a comfortable bed. bed. The staff were friendly, they stored our luggage at NO extra charges. We’re also allowed a room for quick shower before heading to the airport for our late night flight. Lots of good eatery places in the surroundings and the city centre is about 15-20mins by foot.

Breakfast should be improved

Nothing to like about this place Very bad place to stay very congested and smelly room and bathroom had broken tiles and broken bath tub. I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and haven’t got any housekeeping at all for these days when I requested them they said we do when you leave the room. Staff at reception was so rude they didn’t even know the meaning of hospitality. Had a worst experience in my life.

Broken bathroom, no housekeeping, door lock was broken, bad order from room staff at reception didn’t know how to talk and treat the client .

Taps were broken in bathroom and no hot water.

We requested fir the wake up call but they didn't call us.
